I-Electrical arrangement

Supply & laying of HDPE pipe of 50 mm dia, pressure rating up to 4 PN (Material 1 grade PE 63) conforming to IS 4984 /1995 in the excavated cable trench and threading of LTUG cable through the pipe and termination of either ends in a standard manner with suitable size heat zinc sleeve (Cable will be supplied free, departmentally at TVC and transportation will be provided by railway. Loading and un-loading operation has to be arranged by contractor)

Clamping of LTUG cable 4 core x 70 sq.mm along PF Shelter /FOB/Building wall 2 complete with 25 x 3 mm GI fixing hardware including termination on looping boxes /Kiyosk/Switch room. (Cable will be supplied free, departmentally at TVC and transportation will be provided by railway. Loading and un-loading operation has to be arranged by contractor).

Clamping of LTUG cable 4 core x 25 sq.mm along PF Shelter /FOB/Building wall 3 complete with suitable GI fixing hardware including termination on looping boxes /Kiyosk/Switch room.(Cable will be supplied free, departmentally at TVC and transportation will be provided by railway. Loading and un-loading operation has to be arranged by contractor)

Supply And fixing of cable gland suitable for LTUG cable 4 core x 70 Sq.mm and termination using aluminium socket duly crimped with suitable size heat sinc sleeve

Supply And fixing of cable gland suitable for LTUG cable 4 core x 25 Sq.mm and termination using aluminium socket duly crimped with suitable size heat sinc sleeve

Supply and concealing/ fixing of metal box of suitable size fitted with 200 A, 4 P Brass connector

Supply & fixing/concealing of ivory colour ISI marked PVC pipe 32 mm dia x 2/2.5 mm thick conforming to IS 9537 (PART-3), in a open manner complete with bend, Ts, etc with fixing hardware (Clamping to be done at a spacing not more than 75 cm on the building wall/roof)

Supply & drawing of PVC insulated FRLS copper cable of 10.0sq.mm Four runs & 10 sq mm one run as earth wire conforming to IS 694, through 32 mm PVC conduit mentioned including termination in a standard manner as required at site

Supply, erection testing and commissioning of MCB 6 Way Vertical Distribution Board , three phase ( 8+18 modules) IP-43 protected, CRCA sheet enclosure powder coated with suitably 9 rated insulated copper bus bars for phase, with neutral & earth bars, shrouds, cement spill protector, color coded inter-connecting wire sets, cable ties etc as applicable and fitted with the following accessories one (1) one No. 63 A 4P MCB & (2) one No 63 A 4P 100 mA RCCB as incommer (3) one No. 25 A 3 P MCB (4) 10 Nos 6 to 32 A SP MCB as out going in a concealed/open manner as required at site. The MCCB/MCBs shall be IS/IEC certified.

Fabrication, supply, erection and commissioning of in door type metal box of size 600 x 600 x 300 mm size fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet poweder coated finish and fitted with (1) 10 One No. mechanical quartz clock timer switch with cycle duration of 24 hrs working in 230 V 50 Hz AC supply (2) Two Nos. Off-delay timer (3)Three Nos. 25 A contactor (4) three Nos. 32 A SP MCB & (5) 200 A 4 way connector ( fabricated with four Nos of brass/copper nut/bolt with washer fitted in 12 mm SMC sheet as cable connector including fixing hardware and locking arrangements. Provision has to be given for cable glands) (20% & 80% PF light control)

Manufacture, Supply & fixing of integrated pre-cooling socket in MS enclosure fabricated out of 14 SWG sheet (Rail/Stanchion mounting type with front opening door & hinges from 11 inside) epoxy powder coated & fitted with 5 mm thick SMC sheet base, 1 No 63 A TPN MCCB (25 KA), 1 No 63 A 4 Pole ELCB/RCCB( 300 mA), 1 No 63 A capacity, 5 pin heavy duty metal clad plug socket, 4 Nos 25 x 6 mm copper bus bars etc as per drawing No V/E.G/411 completely pre-wired using 16 sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire (Bottom plate to be used shall be of 10 SWG ) complete with 50 x 6 mm MS painted fixing hardware

Supply & drawing of PVC insulated FRLS copper cable of 16.0sq.mm four runs & 16 sq mm one run as earth wire conforming to IS 694, through PVC conduit mentioned including termination in a standard manner as required at site (MCCB to DB)

Excavation of cable trench 0.3 m wide x 1.0 m deep (preferably) in ordinary soil, back filling of the excavated cable trench (After laying of cables) , ramming & consolidation properly

Excavation of cable trench 0.3 m wide x 0.1 m deep (up to the depth of tarr/concrete) in tarred/concreted surface back filling of the excavated cable trench After laying of cables), ramming & consolidation properly.

Concreting the top portion of the cable trench excavated in tarred/concreted surface to a depth of 10.0 cm, using 1:2:4 mix with M sand

Excavation of cable trench 0.3m wide x 1.0 m deep under/side of railway tracks, duly 16 removing stone ballast, back filling of the excavated cable trench (After laying of cable with HDPE pipe), ramming & consolidation properly and providing back the removed stone ballasts (The work should be carried out very carefully since space constraints and care should be exercised to protect signal cables)

Design , supply, installation, testing and commissioning of three phase grid connected solar plants of 5 KWp capacity with mono PERC half cut PV modules complete with 17 suitable mounting structures for fixing the PV modules on roof top with stainless steel nuts and bolts, grid-tie inverter of 5KVA capacity with all accessories, bidirectional meter for net metering, grid synchronization, DC/AC cabling, surge protection, lightning arrester and earthing arrangements' as per MNRE specification complete with al accessories.

Errection of 4 M high galvanised octagonal pole with 4 Nos. 20mm dia and 450 mm long GI foundation bolts . Octagonal pole will be supplied by Railway

Supply and laying of 8 SWG GI wire and termination on either end as required at site

Supply and laying/fixing of GI earth strip of size 25X3 mm and termination as required at site
