Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, Jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/dewatering upto any lift, stacking the excavated soil upto any lead from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layer when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen millimetre ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. (Thirty x thirty x five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to all floor level and removal of same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

a) Foundation,footings and bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs ,landings and the like, floor etc. upto any thickness.

c) Columns, pillars, posts and struts in square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

d) Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams, beam hunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels upto any depth in all heights any floor level.

e) Stair cases with slopping or steped soffits excluding landing.

f)Edges of slab and breaks in floors and walls upto any width

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement: Six sand : Twelve graded crushedstone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimetre ) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement: four sand: eight graded/ crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre ) nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement: One and half sand :three graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm. (Twenty millimetre ) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work upto all floor level within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pillars, posts and struts any floor level. .

c) Suspended floors , roofs, landing and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams , girders, bressumers and cantilever upto any floor level.

Providing and laying upto first floor level reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement :two Sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm( twenty millimetre) nominal size) to give smooth and even surface including centring and shuttering etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement in : String courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain windows sills and the like within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size) reinforced concrete chajjas upto any thickness and upto floor all level including finishing the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : Three Sand) to give a smooth and even surface centring/form work and curing complete excluding the cost of reinforcement within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing tor steel / mild steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete upto floor all level within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work in super-structure above plinth level upto all floor level using common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) with second Class bricks within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Half brick masonry work in common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4(One Cement : four sand) with 2nd class bricks within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed / brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement :six sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre ) nominal size) at plinth level in Cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Boulder filling behind retaining walls with hard stones of approved quality within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying precast cement concrete hollow block masonry with cement concrete blocks of size 40cm x 19cm x20 cm ( Forty x NineteenX Twenty centimetre) including quion block jamb blocks and closers etc. made of cement concrete 1:3:6 ( One cement : three sand : six graded stone aggregate ) 20mm( Twenty Millimetre) nominal size laid with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing complete in super structure upto floor any level. within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows. Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40mm ( Forty millimetre ) thick with 2nd class deodar wood within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. plain grills of required patterns in wooden frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm.(Zero point sixty millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyester 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks bolts and nuts 6mm. (Six millimetre) diameter with pre-painted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm.(Sixty centimetre) overall with 0.60mm (Zero point sixty millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyester 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with screws pre painted iron J or L hooks bolts and nuts 6mm. (Six millimetre) diameter with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumenous washer complete with all accessories as required within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting , hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing angle iron cupboard frames manufactured from M.S.Angle iron section 25X25X5mm (Twenty five x twenty five x five millimetre ) thickness including hinges jamb,lock jamb,beed and if required angle thrashold of mild steel angle 25X25 mm(Twenty five x twenty five millimetre ) welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means,lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm(Two point five millimetre ) thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after preteatment of the surface with in all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing angle iron door,window,clerestory window frame manufactured from M.S.angle iron section of 40X40X6 mm (Forty x forty x six millimetre ) ,thickness including hinges, jamb lock, jamb beed and if required angle thrashold of mild steel angle 50X25 mm(Fifty x twenty five millimetre ) welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means,lugs with split end , tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm (Two point five millimetre ) thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock obserber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreeatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in- Charge within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing steel glazed doors,windows and ventilators of standerd rolled steel sections ,joints mitred and welded with 16x3.15 mm (Sixteen x three point fifteen millimetre ) lugs 10 cm.(Ten centimetre ) long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15 cmx10 cmx 10cm(Fifteen centimetre x ten centimetre x ten centimetre ) size of 1:3:6(One cement:Three sand:Six graded stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plug and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required and iron ittings, including providing and fixing of glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sesh putty with in all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing moulded hand rail of M.S. hollow pipe 50mm ( fifty milimetre) dia welded in straight length over M.S. flat at top of vertical balusters including one coat of red oxide priming coat complete (M.S. flat & balusters of railings shall be mesaured & paid separetely. with in all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with ready mixed paint other than white for all floor level within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying a priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil , grease, dirt and other foreign matter , sand papering and knotting with ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink for all floor level within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping with readymixed paint other than white for all floor level within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

6mm(Six millimetre ) cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 ( One cement: three sand) for all floor level within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm (Fifteen millimetre ) cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering for all floor level including arrises,internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles upto any girth and finished even and smooth in Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand ) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth including priming coat with distemper primer within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm(Fifty millimetre ) thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement : three sand : six graded/crushed stone aggregated 20mm (Twenty millimetre ) nominal size) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm (Seventy five millimetre ) thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick / stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size) with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Constructing Course rubble hammer dressed 'U' shape open surface drain with side wall 15 x 22 cm (Fifteen x twenty two centimetre ) in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) and inside plastering with cement plaster 1:3 (One cement: three sand) including earth work and laying 10 cm ( Ten centimetre ) cement concrete in 1:5:10 (one cement : five sand : ten graded stone aggregate) of 40 mm(Forty millimetre nominal size) and 7.5 cm (Seven point five centimetre ) cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded /crushed stone aggregate of 20 mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) ( One cement : Three sand )within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
