Excavation in earth work upto all depths in all classification of soil such as spade work, jumper work including pick work, saturated soil including bailing of pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chieseling soft/hard rocks where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed to correct grade including shorting, strutting, planking and dewatering wherever required. At dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges if lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Excavation in earth work in all kinds of soil and banking in 20cm layers including breaking clods, ramming/rolling and dressing ground for the purpose of making embankments or filling up ground depressions upto all leads and lifts for impervious earthern core as per satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge (The earth work should be of approved parameter from borrow area for filling in embankment and laid as per specifications) (Good earth).

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all lifts including stacking the excavated soil in all leads and lifts and returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all surplus excavated soil as directed within all leads and lifts in all kinds of soils, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils etc. At dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges if lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). Providing and laying geotextile fibre filter behing stone pitching and crated apron having thickness of not less than 2.50 (two and half) and minimum weight 275 grams/squaremeters (two hundred seventy five) in minimum width 4 mtr. i/c lap folding and jointing etc. not less than 4.00 mtrs. in width complete i/c carriage of materials within all leads and lifts confirming to specifications as per terms and consition no. 21,22 & 23 and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
