Providing and fixing composite doors of required size of Fimen/ Suraksha conforming to IS : 4020 (latest) to the following specification: The single leaf shutter shall be of rigid GRP sandwitched composite structure of 30mm thick (min.), laminated on all sides with GRP skin fabricated using UV stabilised Isopthalic Gel coat and one layer of 450 gsm E-Glass chopped strand Mat (CSM), Impregnated with polyster resin. The thickness of the skins shall be not less than 1.5 mm thick. Expanded polystyrene (EPS) structural foam panel of density 20 Kg/ m3 shall be used as core material for the whole area of door except the wooden frame structure. The wooden reinforcements shall be made of seasoned sal wood block of minimum cross section 70 x 26mm for lock side, 40x26mm alround forming the frame work for shutter and a minimum of 75 mm wide intermediate strip for the width of the door for fixing locks and fixtures. The finish of the shutter shall be grains and of approved colour. The door frame shall be of 90x60mm (min.) and of same colour of shutter made with GRP sheets of 1.5 mm min. thickness and reinforced with 3 No. of 200mm long, salwood pieces of suitable size on each vertical side of frame for fixing of hinges and locks and the balance portion of the frame shall be filled with light weight concrete including providing and fixing 6 No. of 260 x 25 x 5mm size MS hold fasts, 3 Nos of 100mm long SS heavy duty hinges with counter sunk screws, 1 No.of 200 mm long powder coated aluminium aldrop bolts, 2 Nos of 125 mm long powder coated aluminium plain door handles, 2 No. of 100 mm long powder coated aluminium tower bolt for each shutter etc. complete.
