Construction of damaged old Boundary wall from Sump-well to Demo Park side in the CBRI Colony

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in:Channels, angles, tees and flats etc. at site as per directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Concertina wire along with barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead at site as per directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of old cement concrete block wall manually including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead at site at site as per directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and Shuttering-All workup to plinth level, mix 1:4:8 (1Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate, 40mm nominal size ).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m :- All kinds of soil.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Lintels, beams, band, plinth beams, girders, bressumers andcantilevers

Steel reinforcement(Cold twisted bars) for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete at site as per directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete block masonry in foundation and plinth with new CC block in 1:6(1cement : 6coarse sand ) mortar, Cement conrcete block will cast at site as per CBRI specifications (BR Note no. 69 available with the Engineer-in-charge).

Cement concrete block masonry in superstructure with new CC block in 1:6 (1cement : 6coarse sand ) mortar, Cement conrcete block will cast at site as per CBRI specifications (BR Note no. 69 available with the Engineer-in-charge).

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Pointing on stone work / CC block masonary with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : Flush/ Ruled pointing

Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Unskilled manpower for cleaning of vegitation near boundary wall for safely working purpose at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on MS angle iron :Two or more coats on new work
