Supply, Fabrication and fixing of Fencing Supply, fabrication and erection of fencing structures such as angle iron post, Channel post,Strainer and strut, Angle frame etc. fabrication as per drawings,site assembly and finally erection of structures at appropriate location with painting as per specification,including 4.0m high welded wire mesh size 75x50x4 mm dia as per IS:4948 welded with angle frame complete in all respects as per drawings.All work as per Specification and drawings and as direction of the Engineer-In-Charge

Dismantling of existing Machine without damaging any of the parts of the installed Machine (disassembling ,if required is also in the scope of contractor) and relocating at new proposed location in workshop. Dismantling and removing the Machine from foundation including removing anchor bolts and/or base frame. Preparation and submission of drawings for Base frame layout i.e. bolt to bolt distance, dia & length of anchor bolts, size of base frame, electrical conduit layout, level of machine base frame with respect to floor level and any other detail required for fixing the machine in new location. The drawing shall be made and submitted by the Contractor for designing of foundations by consultant. Work shall also include transportation from existing location to new location , loading unloading in safe condition,( re‐assembling of machine if required) Installation at new location, Levelling and alignment of machine, fixing of base frame or grouting of anchor bolts, providing and installation of vibration pads (if required), electrical conduting, cabling works upto the respective PDB , etc. complete in all respects. Work shall include all Civil, electrical, mechanical and associates works for relocating, recommissioning the machine at new location. (Payment of RCC foundation works, grouting, electrical conduting and cabling works external to machine shall be paid as per respective SOR item). The responsibility of dismantling (disassembling if required) of existing machine, transportation, installation ,reassembling (if required) and commissioning of Machine at new location shall be of the Contractor Scope. All work shall be completed as per as per drawing and direction of Engineer‐in‐charge. The detail of the Existing machines are as given below Machines:

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, brackets, inserts, gates and similar works.

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing in position 40mm thick bitumen impregnated fibre board conforming to IS: 1838 including cost of primer, sealing compound in expansion joints and in floors.

Flooring Work

Providing and laying high strength trowelled epoxy screed floor of minimum 3mm thickness having a compressive strength of minimum 60mpa after 7 days, over cemented Floor.The surface of epoxy screed shall be sealed using an epoxy putty. The epoxy screed shall be MasterTop 1240 from BASF or equivalent. All the application shall be as per manufacturers specification. Item also includes preparing of surface by grinding,air blower cleaning and removal of all dust by industrial vaccume cleaner,application of primer etc. A sample of 1mtr x 1 mtr. shall be prepared for Approval by EIC before application.

Providing and laying Non-metallic Surface hardener of approved make @ 5 Kg/Sqm in flooring complete as per manufacturers specification and direction of EIC.

Cutting and providing 5mm X 12mm (Deep) groove in concrete flooring with groove cutting machine and providing and filling the groove with Polysulphide sealent in a grid of 4mX4m in floors. All complete as per specifications and drawings and instruction of Engineer In Charge Unit of measurement i.e. ZRM = Running Meter

Providing & laying approved make and colour heavy duty vitrified tiles in floors over 20 mm cement mortar bed 1:4 including cutting of tiles wherever required pointing the joints in neat white cement with matching pigment, cleaning, washing, curing, etc., complete as per specification and direction of the engineer. Size of Tile 300x300 mm and minimum thickness 12 mm

Cement plaster skirting with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 18 mm thick

Providing 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) to ceiling of slabs, chajjas including drip course, bands, beams, columns, loft slabs, staircases, and any other location at all heights wherever required with all bye works dabbing, curing, scaffolding, including providing chicken mesh at junction of columns,beams etc.,complete at all heights and levels as per specification and drawings.

White washing with lime to give an even shade: New work (three or more coats)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Finishing walls with ready mixed premium acrylic emulsion paint (Company Depet Tinted) having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistances as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & Fungal resistancee, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives. New Work (Two of more coats applied @ 1.43 L/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 L/10 sqm)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (Two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturers specification including appropirate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete

On steel work

On Concrete Work

Providing and applying wallcare Putty on plastered surfaces on internal walls for smooth and dry surface essential for painting, after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface The substrate should be clean free from dust grease and loose materials. Dry and absorbent surfaces should be moistened with sufficient quantity of clean water. Apply the first coat on already moistened wall surface from bottom to upward direction uniformly. After drying of first coat of putty just rub the surface gently with west sponge or rub the surface very gently with the putty blade in order to remove the loose particles. Allow the surface to dry for atleast 3 hours and then apply second coat of putty. Leave the surface to dry completely. After drying of second coat remove marks if any with the help of moist sponge or rub the surface very gently with the putty blade. Leave the surface to dry preferably for overnight.The total thickness of the coats should be limited to maximum 1.5mm.
