Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

The work done value of the previous year shall be updated to present price level of 2025-26 at 10Percentage per annum.

The annual turnover of intending bidder shall not be less than the two times the amount put to tender that is, Rs. 995.34 Lakhs in any two financial years during the last 5 years that isfrom 2020-21to 2024-25 in all Classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only). The audit Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant duly showing with UDINi.e Unique Document Identification Numberalong with income tax return should be uploaded. The turnover of previous years will be updated to the present value of the year 2025-26 giving weightage of 10Percentage for each previous year turnover value.
