M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick ready mix cement plaster on brick and concrete surfaces and Ceiling including surface finished even & fair, finishing curing scaffolding including taking down of existing cement plaster etc complete all as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6.00m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of existing brick work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors and finishing the concrete even and smooth using extra cement including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel ventilator factory made with centre hung shutter double rebated including wire mesh, glass, hinges and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 3mm thick damp proof wall care putty as per manufacturers instruction, Preparation of puttied wall / ceiling by mechanical sander/grinder and applying two coats of oil bound emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new /Old surfaces ceiling and wall all as per manufacturers instruction and directed by EIC.

M&L in repair Drapery rod thickness 1.2mm in any length, high strength stain less steel pipe having outer dia 20-25mm a pair of brackets & a pair of stainless steel finials complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65 x 125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid both side prelaminated decorative type flush door shutter of size 35mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws and door stopper, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L 35mm thick factory made solid WPC (Wood plastic composite) both side prelaminated gauged door shutter (single door piece to be used) consisting of density 650 kg/cum panelled with SS mosquito wire mesh and XTN aluminium mesh for additional strength and safety purpose in any number of division with brown wood grain texture, including stainless steel wire shall mesh be fixed with 15x15 Square tube in side rails with screwing 8x28 heat metal zink coated screws can be remove or fix again after changing of wire mesh when needed. The density shall be as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and complete all as specified and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Door seal bottom for insect prevention with Carbon metal seal strip with rubber insulation, Anti rust, weather proof, soundproof for all door type, brown colour length of each door seal 1.20 m to 2.0 m fixed to door with carbon screws complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floor including demolition of existing old concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 300x300x25mm heavy duty Chequered cement concrete tile made with rubber moulds of any pattern decided by Engr-in-charge as in floors/pavings laid over 20 mm thick screed bed 1:6 laid and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile complete including dismantling of existing tiles with screed bed of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rubberised precast prepolished coloured concrete Interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade complete with & including 25mm thick sand cushioning layer including dismantling of existing damaged flooring etc complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including Desludging/ cleaning of open drain of any depth by mechanically means and burring the sludge into the ground complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Factory made heavy duty precast RCC Manhole cover conforming to IS 12592 (Part -1 & II) of size 1200mm x 450 mm x 75mm of M-30 Grade of concrete and suitably reinforced with strong vibrating compaction by vibratory table including providing MS hook duly black painted, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for obliterating old writing of any description, n exc 01 sqm with black paint in the form of diamond shape of size not exc 30x30cm and writing letters or figures (Block, Roman Italic or Indian), stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc minimum of 10 cm height (total letters not exc 06 Nos) colour as decided by Engr -in charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc.

Taking down old U/S main switches, Sheatmetal enclosures DB including MCCBs, MCBs etc including making good to the disturbed surface of wall all as directed.

Taking down old unsv T/L, Lamp,Security light of any size and capacity all as directed.

Taking down carefully submain wiring including all accessories without disturbing existing wiring fittings fixtures etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces all as directed and as specified in any type and size all as directed.

Taking down existing ceiling fan of any capacity and make serviceable by replacing unsv parts and preparation of old painted surface body and blades of ceiling fan of any capacity ,cleaning foreign material ,filling cavaties atc and painting with one coat of synthetic enammeled paint by spray painting and marking MES No. with paint and kept in safe custody and refixing at site after compltion of bldg work.
