S&F of fully retro reflective name plate of engineer grade retro reflective sheeting on 14 gauge (2.00 mm) thick MS sheet. The surface to be reflectorised shall be degreased either by acid or hot alkaline etching and all scale/ dust removed to obtain a smooth plain surface before application of retro-reflective sheeting. Front side entire surface is finally bonded with retro reflective sheeting of engineer grade of enclosed lens type consisting of microscopic lens elements embedded beneath the surface of a smooth flexible, transparent, water proof plastic resulting in a non-exposed lens optical reflecting system, having pressure sensitive adhesive, borders, messages (length, letters, numerals etc) as indicated cut out or screen printing back ground in blue colour tape and matter in white colour, having one side writing of size 250 mm x 300 mm all as per IRC 67 and non reflective portion thoroughly descaled, cleaned, primed and painted with two coats of epoxy paint complete all as specified and as directed.
