Following points should be kept in mind while paying GST under RCM on Renting of Motor Vehicle.

Here, it is pertinent to note that UGVCL need to pay GST under RCM in following two

1. GST will be paid as per RCM by UGVCL as per present rules. Any kind of revision from

Government should be applied automatically.

2. The vehicle should be available (24x7)365 days. Contractor should make their own

arrangement to give W/ Off to driver. No extra pay of driver in scope of UGVCL.
