Dismantling of 3.5 cusec submersible pumping unit from delivery side with the help of skilled labours, loading in private load carrier and shifting to workshop for repairs. The job includes the charge for complete rewinding of 20HP motor stator coils as per sample of copper wire of standard size and quality (14kg @ 1300/kg).The job also include the charge of high quality insulation materials, varnishing etc for the completion of work. The job also include the charge on a/c of repairs to pump by way of providing and fitting of new ball bearing no 6308 and 6309 (01 no each). it also include the charge for replacement of damaged mechanical seal with new one (01 set) , filling of M-oil (04) liter, R.I cloth, nuts & bolts for the completion of work. The job also include manufacturing, providing and fitting of M.S S -type bend 6’’(02no) and M.S tail piece 6”(01 no) for the speedy completion of work. Then assembling the pump motor unit at workshop and shifting to site and testing on full load. Note: Deduct the cost of old scrap as 80% (10.4 @ 450/kg)
