Technological cleaning of spilled bauxite at CnC and cable belt corridor and assistance for mechanical maintenance at Nalco Mines, Damanjodi

Supervision & collection of spilled bauxite in & around crusher house ( Stream-1 & 2) starting from ROM hopper to tension tower, dribble chute and cleaning of spillage bauxite dust at angle station of cable hauled conveyor in all working days i.e. 365 days in a year.

i) Dry season (October to May): Deployment of minimum of 06(Six) USW in each shift i.e. A, B & C at Mines. 01(One) USW at Angle station in each shift i,e A,B&C shift and one supervisor(SSW) in A,B,& C shift each at Mines.

ii) Monsoon season (June to September): Deployment of minimum of 07(Seven) USW in each shift i.e.A,B&C shift at Mines .01(One) USW at Angle station in each shift i.e. A,B&C shift. 01(One) supervisor (SSW) in each shift at mines i.e. A, B&C shift in Mines.

De-dusting of equipments, cleaning of floors & staircase and house keeping at different levels of crusher house building & drive house including supervision.

Collection of spillage bauxite along the cable belt conveyor corridor including supervision.

Supply of task force for bauxite handling system to take care exigencies like jamming of chuts due to wet bauxite or failure of inter lock, jamming of boulders in crusher chutes, flooding of conveyors and cleaning of excess/flooding ore on cable belt conveyor during monsoon.
