General & special inspection of existing available electrical lightning conductor ,earthing system &aviation lamp i/c visit of site with earth meter , digital multimeter & required tools & hardware like spikes & suitable size 15 & 30 meters range wires etc. i/c earth resistance measurements, check of aviation lamp & minor maintenance of system with tightening of joints, replacement of warn out nut bolts, wires etc as required. Submission of test result i/c videographic records of all these activities at different site as directed by site incharge etc. as required.(Note- Measurement of Earth resistance will de done jointly with representative of BSNL and item-2 will be executed only to the extent to get combined earthing value less than 1 ohm)

Providing Chemical Earthing by using 250 microns copper bonded steel solid rod 3 meter long 17 mm dia Earth Electrode unit consisting of copper terminal of size 25 mm x 6 mm (thick) x 200 mm length with 4 nos holes, 4 sets of chrome plated GI nut bolts, plain washer, spring washer including filling with hygroscopic conductive compound of low resistivity earth enhancement powder (environmental friendly, mineral compounds, semi soluble, non-corrosive, conductivity improving material of approved brand) with backfill soil including making borewell of size 100 mm dia, 3.0 meter deep in ground (soft / hard rock) for chemical earthing including arranging required tools & plants and manpower etc. complete with FRP enclosure with cover plate having nominal size top dia 254 mm, bottom dia 330 mm and height 260 mm etc complete as reqd. (Note- AT of Earth value of each earth pit will be done in front of the BSNL authorised person without extra cost)

Supplying & Laying 25 mm x 5 mm G I strip at 0.5 meter below ground as strip earth electrode i/c connection termination with nut bolts spring washers etc as required.

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Lightning Protection System (LPS) using air termination system fabricated from solid type Hot deep galvanozed rod of minimum 16 mm dia & 200 sq mm cross section area with minimum 2mtr length & minimum contineous coating of 1micro meter , (cross-sectional area = or < than 200 sq.mm., diameter > or = 16 sq.mm.,) along with required size & type air terminal holding clamp, alongwith arrangement for clamping / screwing & fixing G I rod on existing tower top suitable mounting arrangement, complying to IEC-62305 standards, etc. complete as required.

SITC of solar powered Aviation Obstruction Light (AOL) comprising of solar panel of 12 V DC & 10Wp ratings , lion battery of 12 V / 24V / 36 V /48 V & minimum 4.5 AH capacity all these internally fitted stainless steel / pvc casing sealed water proof IP-55 protection , duly painted finished in low / medium intensity suitable size low power consuming LED's type RED colour of 32 cd / sq mtr suitable for dual supply auto operation on 220 V AC / 12 V DC supply with LDR/APD/Photo sensor for auto on-off with minimum power consumption. The aviation lamp should be fitted at the specific point & height according to civil aviation regulations & as per directions of engineer in charge. minimum warrantee period of 2 years. Suppling & laying 2 x 1.5 sq mm pvc insulated pvc sheated copper conductor armoured cable for aviation lamp supply from existing mcb db to aviation box i/c connections & laying the cable alongwith tower feeder & claming the same with necessary clamps etc. as required. (Make-ISI Marked)
