All furniture repairs should be carried out at various places i.e. at NAD Depot Area, NAD MD Accn and BSO yard as per the direction of Engr in charge. Rates quoted are deemed to include carriying out repair at various sites.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of Almirah large steel and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of olive green by spray painting both internally and externally complete all as directed and as per Drg No FD-67(M).

Removing the unserviceable/broken shelves of Almirah steel large with shelves, replacing the same with approved quality steel members of same size and guage and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer to match with existing surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete as per Drg No FD-67(M).

Material & labour for removing the unserviceable lock for Almirah steel and tightening the loosened part of the locking system and supply and fix new 3 way lock 6 levers with duplicate keys of approved make and quality complete all as specified and as directed and as directed and as per Drg Nos FD-67(M).

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of Locker steel and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of olive green by spray painting both internally and externally complete all as directed and as per Drg No FD-1029.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of Almirah Medium Steel and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of olive green by spray painting both internally and externally complete all as directed and as per Drg No FD-67(M).

M&L for removing the existing unserviceable Plytop from Charpoy GI with Plytop and S&F of new 12mm thick plytop of siutable size, ISI marked, BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood of approved quality all as shown on drawing and as directed as per Drg No FD-220 and the edges of the plywood shall be finished with sand paper for smooth surface. (Make of Plywood : Kitply(Vista)/Century/Greenply).

M&L for removing the existing unserviceable Plytop from Charpoy Wooden with Plytop and S&F of new 12mm thick plytop of siutable size, ISI marked, BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood of approved quality all as shown on drawing and as directed as per Drg No FD-227 and the edges of the plywood shall be finished with sand paper for smooth surface. (Make of Plywood : Kitply(Vista)/Century/Greenply)

Removing old existing unserviceable Plytop from Bed Hard Steel and S&F of new 12mm thick plytop of siutable size, ISI marked, BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood of unpolished edging of approved quality all as shown on drawing and as directed as per Drg No.FD/E6/MAP/08. (Make of Plywood : Kitply(Vista)/Century/Greenply).

M&L for Scrapping down the rusted portion of Bed Hard Steel with sand paper and smoothening the surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint complete all as per Drg No- FD/E6/MAP/08.

Removing old existing unserviceable Plytop from Charpoy with hard top and S&F of new 12mm thick plytop of siutable size, ISI marked, BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood of unpolished edging of approved quality all as shown on drawing and as directed as per Drg No -FD/MAP-II/01. (Make of Plywood : Kitply(Vista)/Century/Greenply).

M&L for Scrapping down the rusted portion of Charpoy with hard top with sand paper and smoothing the surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint complete all as per Drg No-FD/MAP-II/01.

Supply & fix Bottom frame of Chair CB steel with arms made out of 1st Class hard wood (teak), make holes in the frame of weaving cane and fixed with suitable screws and washers, drilling to chair frame if required all as shown on drawing and as directed as per Drg No FD-75(M).

Supply & fix Back frame of Chair CB steel with arms made out of 1st Class hard wood (teak), make holes in the frame of weaving cane and fixed with suitable screws and washers, drilling to chair frame if required all as shown on drawing and as directed as per Drg No FD-75(M).

M&L for Scrapping down the rusted portion of Chair CB steel with arms with sand paper and smoothing the surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel olive green paint complete all as specified in drawing and as directed as per Drawing No FD-75(M).

M&L for removing the existing unserviceable Locking divice and supply & fix locking device with duplicate keys of Table Office Officer/Clerk/Typist Steel with approved make and quality as approved by Engineer in Charge (FD-84(M))

M&L for Scrapping down the rusted portion of Table Office Clerk/Typist Steel with sand paper and smoothening the surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel olive green/smoke grey colour paint complete all as specified in drawing and as directed as per Drawing Nos FD-84(M) & FD-1004.

Removing the unserviceable rear wooden leg from Chair dining, replacing the same with first class hard wood (Teak) of same size and applying two or more coats of French police to match with the existing surfaces including preparation of surfaces as per Drawing NO FD-279 including provision of hard rubber rings/PVC toes bottom of legs.

Removing the front wooden leg from Chair dining and replacing the same with first class hard wood (Teak) of same size and applying two or more coats of French polishing to match with the existing surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete as per Drawing No FD-279

Removing the unserviceable wooden rail from Chair dining and replacing the same with first class hard wood (Teak) of same size and applying two or more coat of French polish to match with the existing surfaces including preparation of surfaces ,drilling holes for canning to match with the existing frame work complete as per Drawing NO FD-279.

Removing of Unserviceable stiffeners wooden of Chair dining and replacing the same with first class hard wood (Teak) of same size and applying two or more coats of French police to match with the existing surfaces including preparation of surfaces as per Drawing No FD-279.

Taking down unserviceable Plastic Cane From Chair Varandah & supply and weaving of new Plastic Cane Of 4mm Wide, 0.5mm Thick Cream Clour Half Round, Weaving shall be as per mat pattern or as directed by Engineer-in-charge in the Seat, back and Hand rest portion complete all as specified and as directed as per Drg No FD-359.

Taking down unserviceable plastic cane from Chair dining and supply and weaving new cane 4mm wide 0.5mm thick of cream colour half round. Weaving shall be Godrej pattern complete all as specified & directed as per Drg No FD-279.

Removing of old unserviseable plywood top from Bed Plywood top and S&F new top of same size of 12mm thick ply wood (ISI marked), BWR grade of appropriate size with screws complete all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed (FD-246) (Make of plywood :- Greenply/ Century/ Duro/ Archid)

Removal of old unserviceable long rail from Bed Plywood top and S&F new long rail with rounded edges of size 1980 mm x 90mm x 35 mm of hard wood teak and fixing the same as shown on drawing including one coat of french polish after preparing the surface by sand paper complete all as specified and as directed. (FD-246)

M&L for removing the old unserviceable/ broken leg from Bed Plywood top and S&F new leg made out of 1st class teak wood and made to shape all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (FD-246)

M & L for removing unserviceable short rail from Bed plywood top and S & F new short rail made out of 1st class teak wood and made to shape and all as specified in drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge (FD-246)

M & L for removing unserviceable centre supporitng stiffner from Bed plywood top and S & F new centre supporting stiffner made out of 1st class teak wood and made to shape and all as specified in drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge as per Drg No-FD-246.

M&L for removal of unserviceable Legs of Table 900mm x 600mm x760mm without drawer in any position and supply and fixing new Legs made out of 1st class hard Teak wood of suitable size all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge as per Drg Nos FD-223 & FD-284.

M&L for removal of unserviceable Long Rail of Table 900mm x 600mm x 760 mm without drawer in any position and supply and fixing new Long Rails made out of 1st class hard Teak wood of suitable size all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge as per Drg Nos FD-223 & FD-284.

M&L for removal of unserviceable bottom side wooden Rails of Table 900mm x 600mm x 760mm without drawer in any position and supply and fixing new bottom side wooden Rails made out of 1st class hard Teak wood of suitable size all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge as per Drg Nos FD-223 & FD-284.

M&L for removal of unserviceable Legs of Table 900mm x 600mm x760mm with drawer in any position and supply and fixing new Legs made out of 1st class hard Teak wood of suitable size all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge as per Drg Nos FD-224 & FD-283.

M&L for removal of unserviceable Long Rail of Table 900mm x 600mm x 760 mm with drawer in any position and supply and fixing new Long Rails made out of 1st class hard Teak wood of suitable size all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge as per Drg Nos FD-224 & FD-283.

M&L for removal of unserviceable bottom side wooden short rails of Table 900mm x 600mm x 760mm with drawer in any position and supply and fixing new bottom side wooden short rails made out of 1st class hard wood Teak of size 20mm x 60mm insection shall be provided in the middle of short stiffners as approved by Engr-in-Charge as per Drg Nos FD-224 & 283.

Removing the unserviceable Top from Table with/without drawer(900x600x760mm) and replacing the same with pre laminated particle Board confirming to same quality and thickness & size as per Drg Nos FD-224 & 283 and FD-223 & 284.

Removing the unserviceable Top from Table with Drawer 900x600x760mm steel and replacing the same with pre laminated particle Board confirming to same quality and thickness & size as per Drawing No FD-1008.

Removing the unserviceable Top from Table Hav/Ors steel and replacing the same with pre laminated particle Board confirming to same quality and thickness & size as per Drawing No FD-1007.
