Repair/ Replacement to load cell of weigh bridge by way of disconnecting all the connection from the electrical equipment & the load cells. Carriage / shifting of the same to the repairing centre for repair/replacement of damaged parts. The job includes providing & fitting of new load cell 1no i.e. right of front side of weigh bridge by way of opening of in let of weigh bridge with the help of required tools and tackles & then removing the load cell under the platform by placing screw jack under the plates & placing suitable packing of required height for proper leveling of the platform and taking out the damaged load cell. The job includes drilling, welding and mounting of base plate and update by joining the data cable to the junction box & the display screen and complete calibration of the weigh bridge with dead weight for corner setting and zero error. Checking the complete performance of the weigh bridge. Complete job includes cost of material, labor charges and hire charges of tools and tackles
