Excavating transporting & filling Ash (up to 2km) Excavation transportation of ash from Nalco Ash Pond to designated low lying area up to an average lead distance of 2km including excavation of ash from designated borrow area in ash pond, loading, unloading at designated low lying area site, spreading in layers of 200 mm thick, leveling, watering and compacting by mechanical means etc all complete as per direction of MIC .

Excavation transportation of ash from Nalco Ash Pond to designated low lying area up to an average lead distance of 3km including excavation of ash from designated borrow area in ash pond, loading, unloading at designated low lying area site, spreading in layers of 200 mm thick, leveling, watering and compacting by mechanical means etc all complete as per direction of MIC

Excavating transporting & filling Earth Excavation in earth in all types of soil at all depths and transporting the excavated earth to the place of work including all leads and lifts and dumping of the excavated material to fill area at all heights including spreading, leveling in layers of specified thickness to correct slope & grades, compacting by mechanical means, dressing to profile etc all complete as per direction of MIC. Payment shall be made as per site measurement after deducting 5% for voids. Earth required for the purpose shall be collected by excavating from the low laying area itself (where ash filling to be carried out) prior to ash filling / from the nearby designated borrow area / any borrow area arranged by the contractor (at his own responsibility & cost) .
