SITC of BEE rated 5 star split type air conditioner with inverter type compressor,having minimum rated full load cooling capacity of 5kW with flexible loading mode, Copper condenser tube/coil, suitable for operation on single phase 230 +/- 10% volt, 50Hz AC power supply for out door & indoor unit, digital display panel at indoor unit and digital control with cordless remote for operation along with eco-friendly refrigerant, MS structure for mounting outdoor & indoor unit, including wiring with 3 x 2.5 sq.mm FR, PVC flexible copper cable between outdoor and indoor unit (approximate distance of 10 Ft) with minimum 10 ft refrigerant copper tubing between indoor and outdoor units.

Providing and fixing of refrigerant copper tube for liquid line of size 3/8" dia and for gas line of size 5/8" dia including insulation etc. between indoor & outdoor unit complete as required.

Providing and fixing of refrigerant copper tube for liquid line of size 1/4" dia and for gas line of size 1/2" dia including insulation etc. between indoor & outdoor unit complete as required.

Providing and fixing of 20mm dia UPVC drainage pipe for condensed water including insulation etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing of 20mm dia flexible PVC drainage pipe for condensed water etc. complete as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required

2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 x 4 sq.mm earth wire

Supply and fixing of 20 amps, 240 volts, SPN industrial type, socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 amps "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, metal cover for the socket out let etc. as required

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of fully stainless steel storage type water cooler of capacity 40/80 Ltr. suitable for single phase 230V ± 10, 50Hz AC supply as per OEM specification with inlet hose connection inbuilt float valve, 2 Nos. outlet faucet, drain pan with piping up to floor trap, suitable MS angle stand etc complete in all respect as required. Dismantling of following type of air-conditiner unit including transporation of dismantled unit to the dismantled room.
