Earth work in surface excavation in all kinds of soils not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of 1:4:8 [1 cement : 4 sand: 8 stone aggregate] grade, using 40mm and down gauge crushed stone aggregate of approved quality in foundation and plinth, under floors, pavements, footings, pedestals etc. including centering and shuttering, spreading, leveling, ramming, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-35 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work using cement content as per approved design mix,including pumping of concrete to site of laying but including the cost of centering,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard settingof concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Cement content considered in M-35 is @350 kg/ cum)

Providing, laying and fixing in position TMT reinforcement bars of TATA/VIZAG STEEL/SAIL/JINDAL for RCC works, including cost of supplying, cutting, bending, transporting, erecting, binding with 16 gauge MS annealed wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing & applying two or more coats of solvent free epoxy paint of HUNTSMAN/CICO or equivalent consisting of bisphenol A epoxy with polyamine hardener in suaitable proportions as recommended by manufacturer's on concrete surface, over a coat of epoxy-cement primer (formulation of water-based epoxy resin + cement) to achive a total dry film thickness of 225 to 250 microns, to protect concrete surface from various acids, alkalies, sodium sulphate solid as well as liquid solution including preparing the surface by scrapping, scrubbing with wire brushes and cleaning with air blower, drying the surface, including cost of all materials, labour, power tools & tackles etc. complete as per manufacturers recommendations, as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
