Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of GI Pipe and getting out completion all specified. – 40 CUM 2 Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and and well ramming in layers not exc. 25.cm in soil, complete all as specified and directed. – 36 CUM 3 Removal of excavated material to distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above starting point. 4 CUM 4. Taking up or down steel water tubing of 50/80 mm bore and connection laid in trenches or floors or fixed to walls and including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete with all fitting & valves etc. (Excavation shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. – 147 RM 5. Re-fixing/re-laying only steel water tubing of size 50/80 mm dia taken out under Srl item No 4 above fixed to wall and celling or laying floors/trenches including cleaning and re-running the old threads and fitting such as sockets, elbows, union sockets or any fittings required at site complete all as specified and directed. – 67 RM 6. Material and labour for laying tube medium grade galvanized with all GI fittings required at site such as flanges, union etc for laying in trenches of size 50mm bore dia.-48 RM 7. Material and labour for laying tubes medium grade galvanized with all GI fittings required at site such as flange, union etc for laying in trenches of size 80mm bore dia. - 32 RM 8. S & F Sluice valve flanged/thread type of length required at site, class PN-1.6 complete including necessary fixing accessories complete such as nuts, bolts, washer’s gaskets and packing material ISI marked all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge for 50mm dia bore op pipe.- 2 Each 9. S & F Sluice Valve flanged/thread type of length required at site, class PN-1.6 complete including necessary fixing accessories complete such as nuts, bolts, washer’s gaskets and packing material ISI marked all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge for 80mm dia bore op pipe.- 2 Each 10 M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate including all necessary shuttering for supporting pillars to pipe line lying in hilly area complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. -6 CUM 11 Supply and fix in replacement of fully automatic star delta motor starter with of without sheet metal enclosure including single phase protection, 415volts, 3phase 50 Hz of capacity 35 HP all as specified or required on site and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 1 Each
