SCHEDULE A CIVIL WORKS Taking down existing tarfelt including tiles, lime concrete and screed bed complete from roof surfaces including parapets and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof , cleaning the surface by wire brushing to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement for receiving treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatrment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top :- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.4 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surface. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymembric membrane of approved manufacturer 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester febric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii) Applying two coats of Aluminium paint over APP membrane.) (iv) Treatment shall be done by authorise applicator of the firm (v) Cutting grooves in brick wall 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and sloping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/ verticle surface by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.and prepare the surface to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified ( Note :- screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor and shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab as in flooring, 15-18 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 20 mm thick plaster as screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified. ( Note :- screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor and shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab as in skirting / dado verticle surface 15-18 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 10 mm thick plaster as screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified. ( Note :- screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor and shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured size (300 x 200 mm / 450 x 300 mm x 6 to 7 mm thick ) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note :- screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor and shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in sub base flooring / hardstanding etc and finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in flooring / hardstanding for receiving finishes including finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars (TMT) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 45 watts LED street light luminaire with high power LED and unique peanut lens to ensure uniform light distribution ,higher spacing between poles and maintence free system of not less than 45 Watts IP 66 type incl standard fittings pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat reistant toughened glass with epoxy powder coated finsh complete with Electronic driver, Surge protector not less than 5 KV and all accessories duly prewired complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing 40 mm bore dia galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base palate, final taper plug bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.0 meter long including painting all external exposed steel surfaces with two coats of aliminium paints over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and all internal surfaces and external surfaces in contact with concrete with two coats of black bitumenous paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations/mass concrete for pole foundation and finishing the surface ecven & smooth withouit using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified.
