CA NO. CWE/HILLS/PGH/150 OF 2025-2026 SPL REPAIR TO ROAD FROM SENTRY POST NEAR BLDG NO C-1 TO BLDG NO M-1 AND FROM BLDG NO C-3 TO C-6, MAIN GATE OF KOE TO BLDG NO P-4/13 (SPORTS COMPLEX)

Demolition of base course/sub base course of flexible pavement i.e broken stone boulders, quarried stone, coarse aggregate of WBM etc in any position and depositing where ever directed. Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of interlocking paver block laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed..

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm & not exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces (in cutting) with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete to required level, gradient, slopes, camber and super elevation including filling depressions with and including approved earth which may occur during rolling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Soling (or sub base) 150 mm thick with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers (each layer of 75mm thick), with broken stone coarse aggregate (lime stone/ sand stone/ flint/ quartzite) of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size for 1st layer) and(50 to 20 mm size for 2nd layer) grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc ,sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with mechanical blower and gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-30) grade @ 10 kg/10 Sqm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal).

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly tack coat with bituminious primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) grade @ 5 kg/10 Sqm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) premixed bituminous carpet with 0.41 Cum of stone chipping (0.28 cum of 12.5mm size ans 0.13 cum of 10mm size) mixed with 21.90 kg of binder paving bitumen (VG-10) rolled and compacted with vibratory roller and 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient and applying Premixed sand seal coat using 0.06 Cum of coarse sand mixed with 6.80 Kg bitumen (VG-10) per 10Sqm, applied and rolled to a uniform and smooth surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and like n exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of precast concrete block walling, dressed stone work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete Block Masonry with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down old cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on new plastered surfaces of wall all as specified incl preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete Type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate)as in Surface channels and drains complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping over block masonary etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms , moulds ,mitred stopped ends etc.

S&F in repairs speed bumps, made of heavy duty tough rubber of size 500 mm x 365 mm x 50 mm, black and yellow in colour, Make- Dark eye model no DA 1008 or equivalent in 3M/STP Ltd, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Kerb Stones10 to 15 cm thick in cement mortar ,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast concrete Kerb Stones factory made of type B1,1 : 2 : 4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) 10 to 15 cm thick and and setting in CM 1 : 6 including necessary excavation etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 28 Here-in-before but except kerb stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard core (broken stone or boulders) of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 75 mm thick type D-2, 1:4:8, (using 40mm graded aggregate) in floor sub base, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for exterior grade, coloured glossy finish rubber pressed, cement concrete designer chequered tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick (as approved GE) set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade / colour / matrix of tiles as in floor etc. including 15 ,mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on kerb stone after preparing new/old surface and applying one coat of primer of approved colour and design all as specified and directed.
