Note:- 1) The Defect Liability Period for DG Set & AMF Panel shall be for two years irrespective of entrustment of operation of DG Set to any agency. 2) After issuing of the LOA, the DG Set is to be supplied to the site within 30 days from the date of LOA if there are no unavoidable circumstances of closing of factories and if factories are closed, necessary evidence shall be produced for closing of factories. If the supply of DG Set is delayed, a penalty will be imposed at Rs25,000/- per every one week delay from 31st day to 60th day from the date of LOA issued. If the supply of DG Set is further delayed, a penalty will be imposed at Rs50,000/- per every one week delay from 61st day to 90th day. If the DG set is not supplied within 90 days, the contract will be cancelled duly forfeiting the EMDs and blacklisting the contractor.
