Schedule 'A' Part-I (B/R itmes) Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar, etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 02 here in befor but except bricks old serviceable bricks obtained from serial item No 01 above including removing motar, cleaning the bricks with water, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class -B bricks, in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 straight or curved on plan to any radius, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( Note- The cost of providing WPC shall be included in quoted rate under this item )

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces, chajjas, etc. in cement mortar (1:3) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rough cast plaster complete as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:- firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:4 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine stone aggregate of size between 6 to 12 mm as per the texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, roof projection, etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered/ unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper with painting roller over and including 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty white cement based in one or two coats to achieve smooth surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces and applying three coats of white lime wash on surfaces of ceilings, chajjas, roof projection etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F stainless steel curtain rod 25mm dia having wall thickness 1.00mm fixed with and including stainless steel decorative brackets, two lotto for each rod length at both end etc as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC connections 15 mm size and 600 mm of length with PTMT nuts and PVC washers on both ends as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for galvanised iron tubing 15mm bore, ISI marked, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour galvanised iron tubing 20 mm bore, ISI marked, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in repair bib tap 15mm bore fancy type brass chromium plated with long body, ISI marked, wall flanges and capstan head, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in repair fancy type pillar tap of 15mm bore, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, ISI marked, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75mm bore PVC (SWR) multi-floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S & F 15mm bore cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated stop valves with long shank and cup (concealed type), screwed down, high pressure with capstan head, scrwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions as in repair ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair brass chromium plated tubular towel rail, 20mm dia, 60cm long between flanges complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in repair 15mm bore cast copper alloy chromium plated angular stop valves, ISI marked, screwed down, high pressure with capstan head, screwed down both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of vitreous china wash hand basin white with pedestal, ISI marked, flat back of size 550mmx400mm fixed on and including cast iron cantilever bracket, 32mm dia brass waste coupling chromium plated and 32 mm dia PVC waste pipe including fixing of waste fitting, etc as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in repair vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa pattern, 580 mm x 440 mm size, white colour with integral foot rest and PVC SWR 'P' or 'S' trap of pressure rating 6 Kg per square cm complete including provision of cement concrete bedding, connection to trap, outgoing flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement 10 litre PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern with inlet ball valve float, handle, etc. with and including brackets, flush pipe, etc. and connections of flush pipes to WC complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (including fixing bolts but excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including plastic water closet seat white closed pattern with flat bottom cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinges device as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in repair vitreous china urinal, half stall type white (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe) but including brass chromium plated spreader, PVC waste pipe, providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, grating and union for discharge pipe. (exclusive of fixing supply pipe to flushing cistern, trap and waste pipe) , complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of plastic water closet seat cover , white closed pattern with recessed bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinging device as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 32 mm dia PVC waste pipe of standard length for wash hand basin / Kitchen sink etc as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity 500 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) & cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from in side of PVC/RCC tanks and mouths of circulating pipe & writing date on cleaning on the tank with synthetic enamel paint not less than 200mm long and 20mm wide of words and reconnecting and refixing of the tank in position to make it operational, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- (i) The unit rate shall be included cost of small fittings such as elbow, socket, reducer, tee, union, etc. (ii) The whole process of reconnecting and refixing in position after cleaning/after carrying out water proofing treatment shall be done on the same day to ensure uninterrupted water supply to the occupant, if failing so, Rs. 200/– shall be deducted for each tank per day from the contractor due.

Supply and fixing , water storage tank, 1000 ltr capacity, HDPE triple layer, white colour, conforming to IS, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm dia high pressure with polythene float and flynut, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore and including 20mm bore tank nipple & one 20mm GI union at outlet and including disconnecting and dismantling of existing water tanks and removing from site all as specified in SSR Part–I , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - The colour of tanks shall be white colour .

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area exceeding 1.50 Square meter and not exceeding 4.00 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area not exceeding 1.50 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description area exceeding 01 sqm but not exc 2 sqm each and removing the same from site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for factory made 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick plain framed panelled shutter( two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both face . The size of rail and style as per IS:1003 (Part-1) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for factory made 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters,open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc. (without sash bars) ,edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded , fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section-8, clause 8.24 (a) (wood shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in repair box type using ERW hollow 'P' section ventilators fixed type with glazing bar including MS grills of square bar 10mm dia @ 100 c/c complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded, including two coat of synthetic enamel ordinary tint paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm prelaminated PVC sheet on single side used instead of plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, edges will be painted to match with prelaminated sheet and fixed in opening complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of factory made solid PVC moulded door shutters with particle board core 28 to 30 mm thick (styles) with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick prelaminated moulded PVC sheet on the front face and 2mm thick plain colour PVC sheet on back face fixing in frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F double shutter steel window box type ERW hollow P section comprising of glazed/gauged skeleton shutter fabricated from following sections :- (a) ERW hollow P section frame of size 60 mm x25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (02 Nos i.e. 01 for glazed shutter and 01 for gauzed shutter ). Both P section shall be welded with flat iron 25x03 mm thick all around of frame on both inner and outer faces . (b) Style and rails of window shutters shall be fabricated with ERW hollow P section of size 50 mm x25 mm made from 1.00 mm thick MS sheet and comprising of 02 Nos sash bars for glazed window leaf of T – section 20 x 03 mm thick and one No sash bar of 20 mm x 3 mm thick section for gauzed winodw leaf . (c) Vertical mullion shall be ERW hollow T -section of size 60 x 25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (d) The above steel window shall be deemed to include the following accessories/ fittings : i) Hold fast 150mm long mild steel flat iron 12x3 mm thick made to shape- 04 Nos per window ii) Handle of Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long – 01 No per leaf. iii) MS tower bolt stove enamelled 150mm long- 2 Nos per leaf. iv) Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long stopper – 01 No per leaf. (v) Cleat 55 mm long of solid square 15x20x.63mm square - 01 No per leaf vi) Pintal hinges 12 x 75 mm - 2 Nos each leaf vii) 10mm square Guard bar @ 10 cm c/c welded to frame . (viii) Two coat of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer. (ix) 0.36mm nominal dia of stainless steel wire mesh and average width of aperture of 1.40mm fixed in gauzed skelton shutter of window with flat iron 15 x 03 mm with steel screws . (x) 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and with oil putty in square n. exc 0.5 sqm in each pane fixed in glass shutter of window. (xi) Fabrication and fixing arrangements as per specification including cutting holes and making good dismantled portion in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 /cement plaster 1:4 as require and make finish good to the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frames shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery, grill and other accessoriries as mentioned above. (iii) The window upto 1.00 metre width shall consists of two leaves both for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and all the shutters are openable. The window more than 1.00 metre width shall have two openable leaves on both outer side for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and middle leaf/shutter shall be fixed type.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel framed work as in chowkats of door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc. complete. drilled for fixing for steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and hanging ,door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290-W (Gde E-165) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in holdfasts etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 150 mm long aluminium handle, cast type, anodised complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 200 mm long, aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 250mm long aluminium alloy, anodized, sliding bolts with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloys to door shutter complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of butt hinges 100mm long of stainless steel, medium weight, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel 150mm, ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs, including roller and roller plate including welding or screwing to MS frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair stainless steel grating 100mm dia with or without waste hole complete all as specified and directed.

Resecuring or easing & adjusting shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 Sqm each, without taking down shutters complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material & Labour for running welding in repairs thickness to metal to be welded not exc 6mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds and steel window frame glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sheet glass 3.0mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane and glazing with oil putty to steel window and with wooden beads to wooden shutters, complete all as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of stainless steel wire cloths 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staple complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in repair stainless steel wire cloths 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staple complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- this item shall be executed where only tiles are dismantling)

Demolition of cement concrete (un–reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles joint free premium/1st quality 7 to 8 mm thick, (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles joint free premium/1st quality of same description as of floor tiles in serial item No. 64 above but 100mm to 200mm height as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality in vertical surfaces/skirtings/dados of size 300mmx 600mmx7mm to 8 mmm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade,1st quality,(square/ rectangular), 10mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm and not exc 1.00 sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic light shade tiles, 1st quality, of same description as of floor tiles in serial item No. 67 above but 100mm to 200mm height as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing PCC coloured, rubber moulded, interlocking designer paver blocks (double glossy) in any and shape, confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade in path, hard standing, etc. laid over and including 50 mm thick screed or bedding layer of sand, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 as in sub base of floor (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note- This item shall not be executed in the location, where dismantling of tiles only have been done.

Material and labour for 8 to 10mm thick heavy duty (digital) vitrified coloured paver tiles of size 300mm x 300mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Endura of Johnson or Durastone of Somany or equivalent make given in App ‘B’

Material & Labour providing 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20 mm thick (size of each slab not less than 550mm x 550mm) in floor/landing/treads of stairs, set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (granite finish) over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20 mm thick ( kota stone shall be cut from size not less than 550mm x 550mm) in skirting , set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (granite finish) over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 16 to 20mm thick as Horizontal surafce in steps, jambs, pillars, win?dow-cills, cooking plat?forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point?ing in white cement (1:2) us?ing marble dust with admix?ture of pigment to match with shade of granite match the shade over and including on 15mm thick cement screed in cement morter (1:4) directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 16 mm to 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing withwhite cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of graniteto match the shade over and including on 15mm thick cement screed in cm 1:4 directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down eaves gutters or PVC (SWR) or rainwater pipes (in any size in any position or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 110mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘B’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, fixed to wall, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..(Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be confirm to IS 5382-1985)

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR) plain bend any radius including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 75mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘B’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, fixed to wall, complete all as specified and directed.(Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be confirm to IS 5382-1985)

Supply and fixing of GI Metal Suspended ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Material and labour for 18-20 mm thick Baroda green stone slab (of any type) work, table rubbed and polished in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and round moulding to edges cills, cooking platform, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from wall by scrappers or any other means and washing , rubbing down and stopping applying two coats of acrylic distemper over and including 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty white cement based in one or two coats to achieve smooth surfaces, of walls of any description using painting roller after preparation of brick/concrete, plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in charge .

Material and labour preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of cement base paint on the wall, pillars, cornices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings , complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having zinc coating 150 grams per Sqm (Az 150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws , complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa having zinc coating 150grams/Sqm (Az-150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required, hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, wind ties, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel chromium plated hand shower (health faucet ABS body) suitable for 15mm dia pipe with 8mm dia 1.25 mtr long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connection as in repair, complete, all as specified and as directed.
