SCHEDULE 'A'

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeping cleaning & washing down with water to remove dust etc incl removal of old treatment of any description and applying one coat of neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm complete all as directed .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction, on roof slab surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately) under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for providing APP based membrane course roof treatment in layers with following provisions:- (i) Applying one coat of bitumen's primer polymerized primer oil based coat, evenly @ 0.3KG/Sqm as priming coat to the prepared surfaces, till the surfaces is properly impregnated and the solvent oil in the base primer shall be allowed to evaporated completely. (ii) Applying APP based pre-fabricated with non woven polyester reinforced membrane stabilized with fibre glass strands and top with grey mineral slates 3mm thick and weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm by torch application method. (iii) Applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10Kg/Sqm over mineral surface.

Supply only water proofing compound (integral) all as specified & directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 , type B1 ( using 20 mm graded aggregate) in landings, cover slabs and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Porbandar stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate)as in chajja, lintels over 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings up to 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating any height including necessary scaffolding, ladder & formork etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 6mm dia to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 18mm to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in cm 1:6 etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc of grade Fe-410-W ( Gde E-250 ) quality-A.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for for rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth wiithout using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction, on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any height, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

S&F of 12 mm thick Toughned Glass as in Partition /window with patch fittings of SS316 Grade, necessay accessories etc, including cutting holes in any size in floor and wall,and sealing joint with sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes of size 25 mm outer dia SDR-11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors including dismantling existing pipe. complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 16 above but 16 mm outer dia

S&F for 15mm bore Bib taps, with flange chromium plated cast copper alloy with capstan head complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge, fixed in repair. Make : Prayag (Cat Pat No-8306) or equivalent from makes given in list of makes.

S&F for 7" over head shower with 225mm with flange complete all as Specified. fixed in repair. Make : Prayag (Cat Pat No BS-78) or equivalent model as approved by Engr-in-Charge

S&F for 15 mm Angle Cock, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with capstan head, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge, fixed in repair. S&F for Tubular towel Rail CP Brass, chromium plated D type, 600 mm long between flanges complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge, fixed in repair. Make : Prayag (Cat Pat No-BA-40 or or equivalent from makes given in list of makes.

S&F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC C channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and palin colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail, & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4 mm thick Ordinary sheet glass exc 0.50 in each pane sq.m in repairs by removing /hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for powder coated Aluminium Anodised frame for door,sliding windows & ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc. Rubber gasketting all round the panels/ shutters to fix glass, PVC gasketting in all channels, (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron and anodizing thickness 15 microns ) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for powder coated aluminium anodised sliding window shutter and frame including jointing clit for fixing frame/chowkhat of window as per JINDAL section , including glazing with 5mm thick tinted glass & Aluminium wire mesh necessary fittings, rubber packing, suitable handles, rollers for shutters etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for powder coated aluminium grill with suitable aluminium anodised frame F/H section manufactured by M/s DECO GRILL as per design No DG-104, 6 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 5.5 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality ground or obscured or frosted, on one side and glazing with oil putty in square exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of rotational moulded poly thylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 Ltrs, including dismantling of existing tank and removing to store

M&L for Vitrified light shade,Double charged ceremic tiles 9 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per item No 67 as above but in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over backing coat of mortar 10 mm thick 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone /boulder masonary work built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc & removing from sitecomplete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete( unreinforced ) in floors and pavings n.exc15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position and disposal of debris up a distance n.exc 100m where directed complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling Structuaral steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickmness, including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs /blankets any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:7:12 with brick aggregate as in lean concrete/filling concrete complete all as specified and directed

Treatment of sunken floor slab compraises of the following specifications and all as specified :-

(i) M&L for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (Cost cutting holes and pipes shall be measured and paid separately)

(ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

(iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy puty.

(iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

(v) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.(This item shall be measured and paid separately)

(vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

(vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (this item shall be measured & paid separately)).

Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. Cost of testing is inclued in the rates quoted above.

M&L for GI pipe 50 mm dia medium grade laid on sunken floor complete all as specified and direced by EIC.

M&L for all pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round including painting with anticorrosive paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. M & L for Non-Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm over & including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300mmx450mmx7mm thick including over 10mm thick rendering of cement mortar (1:4) for laying floor finishes set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment of walls by washing down and smoothing old surface of walls/ ceiling, prerparation of surface by applying two coats of interior emulsion over a coat of primer over a layer of smooth Putty finish two coats as per manufacture instruction with smooth roller finish ,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The unit rate of this item is including after painting cleanning of all floors, glass, & furniturevetc. complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material & Labour Preparation of old painted on steel based surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and directed. MAKE : Asian ( Apcolite) or Nerolac ( Hi- gloss) or Berger (Luxol Hi- gloss)

Preparing of old/new surfaces of walls/ceiling washing the surface thoroughly, filling the cracks, creaves with crack filling compound as suggested by the manufacturers and applying two coats of Rain coat manufactured by Dr Fixit of Piddilte Industries Ltd. (shade to match the existing paint) incl necessary scaffolding for work all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by scrapping old paint with mechanically operated steel wire brush, wash the surface throughly and applying one coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade including necessary steel scaffolding + green cloth all round the work side for any posititon/height, complete all as specified and directed.(For bldg upto GF to four Floor). Note :-Necessary safety precautions need to be taken before applying paint.

M & L for applying texture paint of desired finish as approved by GE over a coat of interior / exterior wall primer which includes preparation of old decorated surfaces, cleaning of loose paint , grease , growth of fungus, algae or moss by using wire brushing and watering and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick plastering in cement & sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of stone work or brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) all as specified and directed incl all necessary scaffolding etc and Including Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls and ceiling including racking of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Material & Labour for rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finised surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/Ceiling and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. incl all necessary scaffolding etc.

Material & Labour preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including scrapping and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over layer of smooth putty finish punning one mm thick over a coat of primer strictly as per manufactuure instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed.
