M & L Cleaning tank exc 250 and n.Exc 500 ltrs capacity cleaning by bleaching powder and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cleaning tank exc 500 and n.exc 1000 ltrs capacity cleaning by bleaching powder and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cleaning tank exc 1000 and n.exc 2000 ltrs capacity cleaning by bleaching powder and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering the water from U/G sump, by any means and clean the interior portion of sump (bottom and Sides of walls) by means of coir/wire brush etc. and wash the interior portion of sump by using bleaching powder and after removal of sludge, vegetation, mud etc. and apply one coat of epoxy paint on all steel surfaces such as ladder, railing etc. and writing letters with white paint (Date of cleaning and capacity of sump) on black painted surface clear away all vegetations, sapling, under growth roots etc. and trees around 5 m the periphery of the sump / structure from external wall surfaces and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities.

(a) Capacity of 1,50,000 Lts U/G sump at OTM Accn Bajpe .

(b) Capacity of 1,00,000 Lts U/G sump at CGRA Kunjathbail (CPWD Pump House).

(c) Capacity of 75000 Lts U/G sump at OTM Accn Bajpe .

(d) Capacity of 50,000 Ltrs U/G sump at CGRA Kunjathbail , DHQ-3 Panambur ,OTM Accn Panambur and DSC Accn Bajpe

(e) Capacity of 40,000 Ltrs U/G sump at CGRA Kunjathbail (Nilgiri Pump House).

(f) Capacity of 25,000 Ltrs U/G sump at CGRA Kankanady.

(a) Capacity of 50,000 Lts RCC OH resevoir at CGRA Kunjathbail, CGRA Kankanady and CG DHQ-3 Panambur.

(b) Capacity of 35,000 Lts RCC OH resevoir at OTM Accn Bajpe

(c) Capacity of 25,000 Lts RCC OH resevoir at CGRA Kankanady

M & L Dismantling the Electrical connection from motor and taking out the burnt 7.5 HP Monoblock motor from beds, transporting to civil work shop, opening the motor and removing the burnt/old defective winding carefully cleaning the inner parts, rewinding the motor with same gauge supper enamelled copper wire of good insulation, varnishing, heating/drying and reassembling the motor and transporting to site, refixing on the existing beds, connecting the electrical connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6.00 here in above but 5 HP monoblock pump set complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Opening and servicing/ overhauling the monoblock pump and motor 7.5 HP and replacing the defective bearing, greasing replacing the burnout gland rope, studs, nuts, bolts, washers, air releasing valve, rubber gasket ,metal filling, turing/ grinding and balancing the shaft etc. varnishing the winding, drying and refixing the same all as directed at site complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8.00 here in above but 5 HP monoblock pump set complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair the following spares for filter feed pumps of capacity 7.5 HP at various incl taking down filter feed pumps complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Pump Impeller

(b) Pump ball bearing

(c) Pump water seal

(d) Pump Gland.

S & F in repairs the following spares for filter feed pumps of capacity 5 HP at various incl taking down filter feed pumps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Disconnecting electrical connection from the starter/panel for submersible pump set of 5/10 HP capacity taking up (unserviceable) pump set including motor from bore well and after repair reinstalling the same and making necessary electrical connection and lowering the pump and motor including transporting testing and commissioning etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Repair work alongwith spares will be measured in relevant item

M & L Split opening of pump (submerssible Pump) multi stage 3 phase 5/10 HP capacity and replacing the worn out shaft sleeve, impeller.bearing, bushes, etc and M&L for machining (remetalling, grinding, etc) the shaft and turning, polishing to shaft supply and fixing suitable size gun metal bushes etc reassembling the pump complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Split opening of motor (submessible Motor) 5/10 HP capacity and taking out worn out winding and rewinding with copper winding wire as per existing gauge including overall insulation and including replacement of defective parts intermediate sheet bottom and top thrust plate, support bush, oil seal, diaphram, 'O' ring, Key, sand guard and stud and nut complete reassembling the motor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Spray painting of Monoblock Pump motor of cap 5 /7.5 HP with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over one coats of primer incl suction and discharge lines after cleaning/scribing it complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Demolition of existing unserviceable brick masonry valve chamber, MS cover etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Construction of brick masonry valve chamber of Size 900x900x900 mm (internal Size) with MS cover and locking arrangements including necessary earthwork and excavation, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in bedding, brick work in CM 1:6, 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in coping and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer to steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & Laying GI tubing 25mm bore of tube medium grade with new all fittings, bend to shape as required on ground, jointing materials (such as white lead, fine yarn as required) laid in trenches, testing after completion for leakage incl taking out old UNSV/ Corroded complete all as specified and directed.
