Supplying and Fixing Iron Removal plant (Pressure filter)

OD253061/2024-2025:Designing, manufacturing, installing as per the technical demand and site condition, trial running and commissioning of one number iron removing filter (0.25 MLD) with suitable diameter and height and shell thickness of 8mm and dish end thickness 10 mm adequate withstand possible maximum internal pressure. The filter should have a manhole with cover at top for easy inspection of the unit, provision of door-dummy at bottom for media removal. The unit should be incorporated with best quality 90 cm CI butterfly valve having ISI mark for filtering unit functioning including rinsing and back washing. The scope of work includes all related civil works like solid, staging, mechanical and plumbing works and interconnection of the system at the inlet and outlet with existing pumping main ,bypass arrangements. All the metalic parts should be painted with approved quality anti corrosive paint. The pressure filter should be placed in a platform with RR masonry of 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.5 and 15 cm R.C.C slab on top of platform.

5.1.3:Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

5.22.6:Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth levelThermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more
