od30203/2020_2021/P2 : Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared, from road to Audit I,road to II,Dam top road from KSEB Jn , extra cutting portion , area between road 390 and road to Audit II, between Auxillary spillway , chute channel and KSEB dam top road and sides of garrage near adventure zone as per the directions of departmental officers at site .

od30204/2020_2021/P2 : Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared, for clearing chute channel, road to Kalamkunnu boat yard and KIP boat yard as per the directions of departmental officers at site .

od30205/2020_2021/P2 : Labour engaged for keeping dam premises ,clearing chute channel and it stilling basin and side drains etc as per the directions of departmental officers at site .

od30849/2020_2021/P2 : Labour engaged for removing floating bodies such as wooden logs ,branchesof trees and plastic waste etc accumulated in the reservoir and removal of the same as and when necessaryand disposed outside the perifery of Dam compound as per the directions of departmental officers at site. (Provision of 50 % extra labour is given for working under difficult area)

od30980/2020_2021/P2 : Removing Banyan trees and other vegetation from upstream /downstream side of dam , guide wall sides and spillway sides etc .as per the directions of departmental officers at site .(work in difficult area 50% risk allowance included )

50.2.33.5 : Cutting branches of trees overhanging above any structures of girth between 40cm to 60cm including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material, cost of labour, hire charges of rope and pully etc without making any damages to nearby structures etc complete.

od38725/2020_2021/P2 : Labour engaged for cleaning water filtering unit and near by areas and water tank in the KIP campus as per the direction of departmental officers at site

od38726/2020_2021/P2 : Labour engaged for cleaning the blockage of water by removing slipped earth from drains as per the directions of departmental officers at site

od38763/2020_2021/P2 : Engaging plumbers for the urgent repairs of water supply line which was laid years back in the KIP campus as and when required as per the direction of departmental officer at site.

od38727/2020_2021/P2 : Heavy load mazdoor engaged for lifting the Gratings on the drain infront of main gate for removing silt and slipped earth from drain and lifting the water supply pump (10 HP) from well for repair and replacing the same in position after repairs as and when necessary as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

od38728/2020_2021/P2 : Engaging scavenger for cleaning the septic tank and clearing the blockage of sewage lines in the KIP campus as per the direction of departmental officer at site.

APPENDIX B-REPAIR OF DAMAGED COMPOUND WALL NEAR PARKING YARD
