Note for item NO.1 to 5:1. capacity of engine , alternator shall be worked out considering all factors. 2. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of PCC foundation for DG set as per OEM specifications leaving 0.5M around the generator for ease of movemnt and 0.5 M above the ground level. 3. DG set shall comply with CPCB-II Pollution norms 4. PCC, excavation any other B/R work if required are demmed to be included in quoted rates.

Note for item No. 6 to 10:1. Quoted rates for AMF Panel shall be deemed Included PCC, excavation any other B/R work if required are demmed to be included in quoted rates. AMF panel should be made of 2mm thickness CPRI approved CRCA sheet

M & L for GI strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm as earth lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm as earth lead, by means of bolts, buts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm diameter, connected to earthing test point,all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion , including exacavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC chamber, RCC Cover all as dircted by engineer-in-charge

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqm 3.5 Core., complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, laying pipes/elect cables etc, and getting out all as per direction of engineer-in charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified in soft/loose/hard/dense soil all as per direction of engineer-in charge

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 70 to 90 sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type., complete all as specified and directed.
