For the 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 years to various government departments/ institutions/Boards served as Outsourced agency to extent of 50% amount put to tender and supplying at least 310 staff every year, Departments satisfactory reports to be uploaded(certificates of experiences and supply order should be clearly include year wise and number of HR completed in each year and amounts paid for that period)

Institution should be registerd under the Karnataka shops and commercial Establishment Act-1961(Registration copy to be enclosed)

Details of tenderer providing sevices as outsourcing agency to various Govt/semi Govt organization during the current year. (departments work orders to be uploaded)

Registration copy of registered under EPF Acts and No Due certificate from the concerned authority upto 2025-26 to be attached.

Registration copy of registered under ESI Acts and No Due certificate from the concerned Competent authority up to 2025-26 to be attached.

A valid registration certificate obtained from the Labor Department should be submitted. A valid registration certificate stating that at least 310 employees are registered in Form-C should be enclosed.

Tenderer should attached letter of permission from Metropolitan Corporation/City Council/Town Panchayat/ Muncipalities and other competent authority regarding establishment of agency.

Permission certificate received from Police Department for security services under Private Security Agency (Regulation) Act-2005, Karnataka Private security Agency Rules 2008 to be attached.

Tenderer should submit ISO:9001 Certificate.

To show the Financial Stability, suppliers should submit solvency of 30% of amount put to tender obtained from nationalized Banks in the name of Deputy Director, BCWD Dharwad. And that should be received for same purpose and in between the period from tender notification to last date to put tenders.

The average financial turnover (related to the provision of human resource services) during the financial years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 must be at least equal to the tendered amount, additionally, bidders must provide a certificate of confirmation regarding their financial turnover for these years, issued by a Chartered Accountant.

Professional Tax Department Registration Certificate and copies of clearance certificate for the year 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 (9-A Challan copies also)

GST registration copy to be enclosed. Along with No Due certificate upto 2025-26 and GSTR-3B to be enclosed. (Latest GST Returns issued by Competent authority)

Pan card copy and IT returns filled for F.Y. 2022-23, 2023-24 to 2024-25(along with form-3CB and 3CD) to be attached and attach C.A audit reports of financial year 2022-23 to 2024-25 the minimum average turnover should exceed Rs:07.40 crore.

In Bond paper of Rs:500/- by Notary bidder institution should certify that bidder has not black listed or rejected by any Govt Institution /Department for any reason and members of bidders institution are not elected members.
