Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm (Twelve millimetre) to 20mm (Twenty millimetre) in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete and as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Removing white or colour wash by scrappting and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessaty repairs to scratches etcetera complete and as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying 15mm (fifteen millimeters) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles in all girth and finished even and smooth as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax,Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing andosied aluminium work for door window, ventilator and partitions with extrued built up standard tublurand other sections of approved make confirming of IS 733 and IS 1285 andosied transparent fixed with rawl plugs and screw or with fixing clips with expansion hold fastners i/c necessary filling up of gaps at junctions all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge The rates including including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, sale tax, GST or any taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber /neoprene gasket etcetera complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) With float glass panes of 4.0mm (Four point zero millimetre) thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge The rates including including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any taxes imposed by the Government

Steel work of Tata/Sail riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (Zero point sixty millimetres) thick prepainted steel sheet (ISI marked-Z-120) of Tata Durashine / Sail / Reliance / Jindals steels in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six millimetres) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) for plain cement concrete, in or under water in open foundation for all types of structures, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface/sub-soil water) and including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depth and any quantum of water including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying size of Tile 500x500 mm (Five hundred into five hundred millimetre) vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm (Twenty millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etetera, complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
