Supply of Electro Magnetic Flow Meters The electromagnetic flow meter shall be suitable for measuring water with a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar and a temperature range of up to 80°C. It should operate on the pulsed DC measurement principle and provide an accuracy of ±0.5% of the measured value, with repeatability within ±0.1%. The sensor housing must be fully welded and have an IP68 protection rating for submersible applications. The liner material shall be either polyurethane or hard rubber, and the electrodes shall be SS316. The flow tube shall be constructed with SS304 or equivalent material, and the process connection must include flanges compliant with DIN PN10 standards The signal converter must support Modbus RS485 communication with 4-20mA output and feature a large backlit LCD display to show real-time flow rate, totalized flow, and diagnostics such as empty pipe detection. The power supply requirement is 85-250VAC or 24VDC, and power will be made available within a 5-meter radius of the installation point. The flow meter must be factory-calibrated with ISO 17025 traceable three-point wet calibration. Standard accessories such as grounding rings and cables should be included. The system must comply with all relevant occupational safety regulations, and the manufacturer shall provide a warranty of 12 months from commissioning or 18 months from supply.
