Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/2.11 mm to 7/3.00 mm diameter including binding etc. as required. (for earth continuity)

Supply and erection of approved make safe earthing electrode consisting pipe-in-pipe technology as per IS 3043-1987 made of corrosion free G.I. pipes with constant ohmic value surrounded by highly conductive compound with high charge dissipation suitable for effective and maintenance free earthing in earth pit of minimum bore dia. 150mm size, as mentioned below : With 2 metre G.I. pipes having outer pipe dia of 50mm having 80-200 micron galvanizing, Inner pipe dia. of 25mm having 200-250 micron galvanizing, connection terminal dia. of 12mm in nominal soil with 25 kg (one Bag) back filling bentonite compound UL listed and confirm to relevant International/Indian standards around electrode upto ground level.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing of rectangular 11 KV grade PVC sleeves

Supply & erection of galvanised stay sets for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/20mm diax1.8m long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45cmx45cmx7.5mm,thimble,stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm x 600 mm),7/4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement:3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted)

Supplying of 50 mm X 8 mm M.S. flat iron pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 11/22/33 KV over head line conductor complete with fixing clamps, bolts, nuts and washers drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75mmx40mmx6mm (7.14Kg per meter) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV O/H line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50mmx6mm MS flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc.( as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.(craddling span=18, DP+TP=12)

Supplying of channel iron 75mmx40mmx6mm(7.14Kg per meter) cross arm for four wire line conductors complete with clamps bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc.( as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.(for SP=16)

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 mm dia and above including binding etc. as required.

Supply & erection of 11KV pin insulator complete with large steel weld GI pin nuts, washers etc .as required

Supply & erection of 11KV Disc Insulator for 11KV O.H. Line with galvanized insulator fitting, ball & socket type and complete with galvanized strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Erection of cradle guard as required

Making of cradle guard as required

Supply of 8 SWG GI Wire cradling of O/H cross line

Dismantling of O.H line comprising of copper/aluminium O.H conductor GI wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required.

Jumpher dismantling and re-jumphering for 3 nos jumpher set on existing pole

Painting (with one coat red-oxide paint & aluminium paint) and numbering (on rectangle/circular background clearly depicting Feeder Name & Pole No) of One no 13 Mtr Tubular pole.
