Repair to chilled water type compressor capacity 40 TR, Make : ACCEL Model SMC 100 of AC plant including opening the complete unit, repair to crank shaft including re-metalling, grinding and polishing to bring into standard size incld replacement of unserviceable parts such as piston complet (with pin, pin lock and ring set) connecting rod, shaft seal, discharge/suction valve big end bearing set, gudgeon pin set, main bush with collar, oil pump set, suction sleeve with collar, gasket, packing compressor oil and gas etc and re-assembling all as original incld replacement of worn out nuts bolt washers etc and testing complete Note : Spare parts reqd for replacement will be paid separately under relevant items.

Dismantling and removing of electric motor of capacity 12.5 HP 415 volt 3 phase, shifting to civil workshop, strip opening of motor, cutting of eisting burnt winding of stator, cleaning of stator re-winding thitable same with super enamelled copper wire.

Disconnecting, dismantling and removing central shaft of air handling units of central AC plants of any make for repair, transporting to the work shop, opening up for repairs carry out the repairs, of shaft including re-metalling, turning, brazing and polishing work of AHU shaft of any size, cleaning, greasing and overhauling incld replacement of unserviceable/worn out ball bearing and other minor spares, reassembling after repairs, bringing back to its location fixing in original position, connecting instt, and testing on full load capacity and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engr in charge. Note : Unit rate quoted by tenderers shall deem to incl for nuts, bolts, washers , lugs, thimbles, wires and petty items required for efficient and smooth functioning of the equipment without any extra cost to the Deptt.

Cleaning of condensor by opening of condensers from both side pouring of descaling solution in the condenser tubes, Rodding/brushing out of scaled/sedimented materials till the clean surface is achieved. Cleaning the water tubes with fresh water to remove complete acidic contents. Closing both sides of condenser using 6mm thick rubber insertion sheet and worn out nuts/bolts etc.

Supply and fixing replacement air filter of size 52cm x 47cm x 5 cm thick made out of GI sheet 16 SWG wire mesh suitable to remove dust particulars upto 5 microns incld removing old retrieved air filter all as directed.

Cleaning of cooling coil assy with descaling solution to remove deposited scale/dust incl cleaning of all tubes with wire brush to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.
