Comprehensive operation & Maintenance Charges (on hourly basis depending on GPS Tracking) for a 03 Cum Cum Capacity Truck Mounted Road Sweeping(Hair Internanational Brand) Machine Working Hours: 08 Hours/Day (Excluding Diesel & GST) which includes as mentioned below. 1. Driver/Operator Salary 2. Weekly machine maintenance 4*4 gear oil level checking Blower baring grease checking, Engine oil checking, Compressor oil checking, Air filter cleaning with vibrator, Hydraulic level checking, Water level checking. 3. Engine Servicing Maintenance 4. Vehicle Repairs (Major & Minor) 5. Brushs Replacement (Main & Side Brushes) for every 20 days 6. Hydraulic System Maintenance 7. Suction System & Fan Maintenance 8. Labor Charges for Technicians 9. Spare Parts Replacement 10. Tyre Maintenance/ Replacement 11. Lubricants, Oils & amp; Consumables 12. Electrical & Control System Repairs 13. Machine Cleaning Housekeeping (all Mechanical, Electrical andtyres related should be carried by agency only within 48 hours) According to Har International (Machine Company) Every 400 hours Kirloskar Service should be done that should be taken care and Must Report to department authorities
