Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade :

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial de-silting of manholes and de-chocking of sewer lines. De-chocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm dia for all depth.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Providing and fixing PTMT Ball cock of approved quality, colour and make complete with Epoxy coated aluminium rod with L.P./ H.P.H.D. plastic ball.

15 mm nominal bore, 105 mm long. Weighing not less than 138 gms.

Supplying of unskilled labour for maintenance works as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hiring electric welding machine at site for repairs including the cost of operator and electrodes etc as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of under ground sump (up to 50 cum capacity) by scrubbing with wire brush etc and treating with bleaching powder as well as diposal of rubbish all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of sludge by mechanical means from septic tank and cleaning the same in land and around with water and disposal of sludge out side the compound at the authorized municipal dump or out of the township complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
