Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), Including cleaning, removal and disposal of rubbish/ waste materials from premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any descriptions area exceeding 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 2.00 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks capacity exceeding 500 Litres but not exceeding 1000 Litres and removing to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
