DAY TO DAY MAINT OF SERVICES AND INTERNAL PERIODICAL AND PLASTER TO BLDGS AT SITE 1A and 1B OF CERTAIN UNIT AT AF STN JODHPUR

Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement/ lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought to courses, curved on plan to a mean radius not exceeding 6m, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per item No-2 above but except stone

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below/above ground level) including floor finishes complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismatling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles 9mm to 10 mm thick light shade (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6)complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course finished even and fair for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Non skid ceramic tiles coloured (square/rectangular) of size 300 X 300 mm and thickness 8-9 mm thick , in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including and over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
