Rewinding and repairing of 1 to 1.5 HP Single phase submersible Motor and repairing of pump, to and fro transportation to workshop including testing complete as required (Agency shall be responsible for rewinding and repairing of motor-pump set for 06 months and dismantled material shall be the property of tenderer).

Labour charges for lifting, dismantling of different sizes and capacity submersible motor-pump set along with pipe lines, cable from the existing bore well as & when required and re-installing/lowering the new/repaired motor-pump set as required at site (Charges for repairing or rectification of fault of pump/ motor will be paid separately).

Replacement of burnt out 25 KVAR,415 V(AC), 3PH, 50 Hz heavy duty square capacitor by required new capacitor in existing capacitor bank of APFC panel etc. Complete as required.

Replacement of burnt out 10 KVAR,415 V(AC), 3PH, 50 Hz heavy duty square capacitor by required new capacitor in existing capacitor bank of APFC panel etc. Complete as required.

Replacement of burnt out 5 KVAR,415 V(AC), 3PH, 50 Hz heavy duty square capacitor by required new capacitor in existing capacitor bank of APFC panel etc. Complete as required.

Servicing and cleaning of following 11KV 400 Amps HT OCB, 11KV PT including filtration and dehydration of oil up to required dielectric strength etc as required. a)OCB's-03 b)P.T. 11KV/110V - 01 Nos.

Calibration & Setting of following OTI / WTI of transformer & existing IDMT over current & earth fault relays with different injection kits (Primary & Secondary Injection Kit ) as per site requirement from approved agency including rewiring between Transformer & OCB if required for proper relay operation. IDMT relays - 15 Nos. OTI/WTI - 04 Nos.

Filtration & dehydration of transformer oil of 02 nos. of 11 KV/415V, 500 KVA transformers up to required dielectric strength as per IS standard requirement.

Servicing and cleaning of LT Air circuit breaker (ACB) of 1.1 KV grade and upto 800 Amps. Rating by OEM or their authorized service representative including submission of test reports as per the standard practice of OEM and direction of Engineer -in- Charge complete as per actual site requirements. Repair & maintenance of 2 nos. of solar water heating system consisting of Solar flat plate collectors/Vaccum Heat Glass Tube Collection Technology, Collector stand assembly made of MS angle of suitable size, insulated hot water storage tank of 500 Ltrs capacity with MS angle iron tank stand assembly, cage type heat exchanger having interconnected piping system of GI Pipes, make up tank of capacity 8 liters, 02 nos. of 2/ 3 KW each rating electrical heaters for back up and 2 Nos valves each for Inlet, Outlet and make up tank (System must be suitable for cold region area where ambient temperature reach 0°C or below) including descaling of panels etc. complete as required. To Carry out the complete items of work on CPWD schedule of rates (DSR-2018 - E&M) as per CPWD specifications as required. (Note : Rate of DSR items shall be calculated by deducting GST component from schedule rate on account of GST and the quantity. Rs 100000.00 is after deducting the GST component) Also the rate of DSR item against the quantity Rs.1,00,000.00 (Rupees One Lac) shall be quoted in the percentage (above/ below) according to which the amount of DSR item shall be calculated excluding GST) NOTE: The rate may be quoted in the following manner- (I) If quoted Rate is Rs. 50000/- then the percentage will considered as 50% below DSR 2018. (II) If quoted Rate is Rs. 1,00,000/- then percentage will considered as 0% above/below DSR 2018. (III) If quoted Rate is Rs. 1,50,000/- then percentage will considered as 50% above DSR 2018.
