Providing and laying in position dry stone soling hand packing including carriage complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundation. Footing base of column, mass concrete.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth upto floor v level including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and Laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete in 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1 cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size ).

12mm Cement plaster of mix:1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Supply and Filling of second class stones into wire crates, galvanized wire of 4mm dia anealed wire including hand packing stones tightly with tipping and tightening of crates including cost of crates, stones, and carriage of stones all complete job.
