Evolving planning, hydraulic & structural design, site development, construction, installations , testing, commissioning and operation and maintainance of upgradation of existing STPs with tertiary treatment based on constructed wetland technology, multigrade filter including autoclorination disinfection unit in RCC construction which should be capable of treating secondary effulent of characteristics as mentioned below. The characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the revised standards given below. The design methodology should be based on CPHEEO manual guidelines and clearly indicate proper authentic references, design constants & kinetic equations involved in the process of design calculations duly vetted from IIT/PEC. Refer chapter vi ( a) to ( c) for basic data, scope of work, Technical specification & Terms & conditions.
To operate, repair & maintain all civil works for tertiary treatment in the shape of constructed wetland under sewerage system Kangra Town consisting of two no. sewage treatment plant of 1.68 MLD capacity (Half capacity 0.84 MLD) at New Kangra & 0.63 MLD capacity (Full capacity 0.63 MLD) at Old kangra for the period of one year in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The O&M of constructed wetland shall be carried striclty as per the provisions made in the latest Manual on Sewerage & Sewage treatment systems issued by CPHEEO ( Eddition 2013 ) Firm should do comply the stringent effluent standards laid down by HP Pollution Control Board.
