PHOTO TEXT PANELS Design, Supply and Installation of Photo text Panels print on Aluminum composite (ACP) material and/or Wood mounted backlit panels and/or front lit panels. Material like vinyl, foam sheet, lamination sheet etc. should be of good quality and long lasting. Rate includes all metal/wooden structure with necessary fittings. All photographs, content, graphics should be created by agency to whom contract will be given. Agency should have copyrights of all photographs, content, graphics and all other things used in panels. Final design should be approved by committee appointed by the dept.Specification for ACP: Aluminum Composite Panel should be 3mm thick. It should be exterior face coil coated with PVDF (KYNAR­500, min 70%). Interior face coil coated with polyester. Specification for Acrylic: Acrylic sheet should be of 3mm thick. GATE THE ENTRANCE OF CENTRE Design, supply and installation of aesthetically designed gate at entrance of the centre. Final design should be approved by committee appointed by the dept. Agency should use fiber glass, metal armature and automotive paint. Outer side approx. size : 15 ft. Height x 20 ft. width. 1. CLAY WORK making of clay modeling of parts of gat 20'-0" x 15'-0" feet. Subject on Mukandra National park. Models must be creation appropriate in clay modeling. Approval of appointed committee is necessary to pass clay modeling of parts. After approval take mould (negative impression) in plaster of parts. Complete as directed and approved by the approved committee. 2. MOULD OF PLASTER OF PARIS: 1. Find parting lines and insert aluminium shims. Tape the shims together and fill in gaps with electrical tape. The shim line should be smooth and continuous or ferrous metal. Premix colours can be used on marine equipment (above the waterline). 3. ANTI RUSTING COLOUR ON ARMATURE : Anti-rust and plastic enamel alkyd, urethane and silicone based paint formulated for metal surfaces only. Ultra-resistant, ultra-hiding, ultra glossy and ultra-adherent can be applied without primer to retard rust on new or rusted ferrous metal. LIGHTIN IN INTERPRETATION CENTRE Supply and installation of 6 watt LED spot lights movable/fixed with appropriate driver and housing for diorama. This included all required wiring from SB/LDB.
