Amount

Taking out 200mm bore cast iron pipes (including all fittings and connection), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out 150mm bore cast iron pipes (including all fittings and connection), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out 100mm bore cast iron pipes (including all fittings and connection), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc.1.5 m in depth, in any type of soil (soft/loose or hard/dense) for taking out pipes, laying pipes, drains etc., n.exc.10 sq. m on plan and n.exc.1.5 m in depth, and getting out, including trimming sides and forming bottom surfaces to required level/slope etc, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soils, including spreading , leveling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and as directed. .

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified.

Supply and laying in trenches 200mm bore ductile iron pipe centrifugally cast (Spun) with spid, class K-9 confirming to IS: 8329/2000 suitable for (push on) rubber gasket jointing with inside cement mortar lining duly ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches 150mm bore ductile iron pipe centrifugally cast (Spun) with spid, class K-9 confirming to IS: 8329/2000 suitable for (push on) rubber gasket jointing with inside cement mortar lining duly ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches 100mm bore ductile iron pipe centrifugally cast (Spun) with spid, class K-9 confirming to IS: 8329/2000 suitable for (push on) rubber gasket jointing with inside cement mortar lining duly ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ductile iron fittings of class K-9 special suitable for push on jointing as per IS 9523/2000 with inside cement mortar lining and outside zinc coating followed by bitumen coating including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Cast iron sluice valve size 100mm dia PN 1.6 conforming to IS: 14846 flanged end complete with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Cast iron sluice valve size 150mm dia PN 1.6 conforming to IS: 14846 flanged end complete with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable valve pit and reconstruction of brick masonry valve pit of size 120cm x 120cm x 120cm (internal dimension) with one brick thick, P.C.C. (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation concrete including P.C.C. (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bedding and coping, 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) internally and externally upto 15cm below ground level providing valve pit 50x50x6mm angle iron frame all round the fixed point by means of 04 Nos hold fast 150mm long made out of flat iron 40x 6mm embedded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 230x 200x 100mm, incl provn of hinge welded with angle iron frame and mild steel cover 3mm thick, mild steel handle of suitable and size welded with mild steel cover & suitable locking arrangement and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl necessary excavation work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
