Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc and construction of R.C.C. O.H.T. with 1.00 m wide R.C.C. stair case from G.L. to balcony and 65x65x5 mm M.S. ladder from balocony to manhole with 1M X 1 M R.C.C. landing at suitable and railed with 3 rows of 20 mm dia G.I. (M) pipe on 65x65x5 mm angle iron posts fixed with ladder and front top to the floor inside of the tank, M.S. M.H. cover with locking arrangement, lightning conductor as per electricity rules, water level indicator, fixiing of outlet, inlet, over flow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60 M wide apron, painting on tank body vertical pipes, ladder M.S. M.H. cover etc. complete with approved water proofing (snowcem)/enamal paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. excluding. Supply of vertical pipes and specials, assuming bearing capacity as 10MT/M2
