Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in charge

Clearing the grass and wild vegetation by using bush cutting machine (Four stroke) and removing the debris outside the periphery of the area cleared by engaging skilled operator with machine and miscellaneous fittings such as rope cutter, triangular blade, circular blade, fuel, Oil etc as required including transportation from one dispensary to another dispensary on complaint need basis and as directed by engineer-in- charge etc-complete in the following dispensary premises under Thrissur district.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level with FPS (non modular) bricks. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Dry rubble masonry with good quality blasted rubble including conveyance of materials and labour charges For repairs to the existing DR Masonry

Solid block masonary using precast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 30 x 20 x 15 cm or nearest available size confirming IS 2185 part 1 of 9794 for upto 1.8m from ground level with thickness 20 cm in cement mortor 1 : 6(1 cement : 6 course sand). etc its complete as per direction of engineer in charge. Cement Mortor 1:6

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.
