Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick (in two coats of 10 mm and 5 mm thick) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces on ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer over putty to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) All coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI / Manual application Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint (ii) Make should be dulux weather shield max/Nerolac Excel Everlast 12/Asian paint ultima protek / Berger weather coat long life 10 or Techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complite all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment for preparation of old surface of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) cracks of wall plaster should be filling upto 5 bars of positive hydrostatic pressure on vertical walls without any dilution with forced coverage not more than 3.5 sqm / ltr as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) All coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI / Manual application Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint. (iii) Make should be dulux weather shield max/Nerolac Excel Everlast 12/Asian paint ultima protek / Berger weather coat long life 10 or Techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complite all as specified and directed. (iv) decorated treatment on wall / ceiling / chajja by scrapping with trucare wall sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and filling cracks, holes etc

NOTE FOR SRL ITEM NOS. 7 & 9 (SURFACE FINISHES) :- The following precautionary measures shall be ensured by the contractor before and during execution of the work :- (i) All weather proof painting works, interior emulsion and water proofing works shall be got executed through original material manufacturing company or their authorised applicators and contractor should submit MOU with the manufacturing company or their authorised applicator before execution of work and entire work shall be executed by the approved firm only. (ii) Contractor shall deposit entire quantity of materials (proprietory materials) in sealed containers required for painting works covered under subject contract in the custody of Engineer-in-Charge/ Office-in-charge of unit. (iii) The materials as required shall be issued to contractor by JE/ Engineer-In-Charge on daily basis and the empty containers/ bags shall be deposited in the store of Engineer -In-Charge by the contractor, for verification as per standard consumption/ coverage prescribed by the manufacturers. (iv) All gaps between wall and window/ventilator shall be filled with PU based wall Gap fillers. (v) After completion of painting work contractor shall remove and clean all the droplets/stain of paint left on the floor, glasses and joinery. The recovery of 10% of quoted rate shall be made in case of non cleaning of floor/ joinery /glasses etc. (vi) Min education qualification of Contractor supervisor shall be diploma with 5 years exp. / B Tech degree holder. (vii) Make specified in BOQ will supersede to all. (viii) Contractor shall on his arrangment provide all the safety provision/facilities (as per MES safety code) including uniform for labour & supervisor to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (ix) Bidder shall note understand that the rate quoted by him and in r/o of above notes, items shall be deemed included in quoted rate and no extra on this account is admissible.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns,beams,slabs,Chajjas and the like as directed ,roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes,washed with water and allowed to dry,including dusting of steel reinforcement,providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75 mm x 75 mm of 2 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces,applying adhesive/admixyure over steel mesh and providing ordinary portland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of banas sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufactures instruction or 2% by wt of cement all as directed with apressure of 2 to 2.5 kgs per sqm by guniting machine including necessary padding,steel scaffolding and shuttering for working platform/formwork etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates, laid in alternate panel, finished surface even and fair including filling in position with 85/25 industrial grade bitumen mix filler of proportion 80 kg of hot bitumen, 1 kg of cement and 0.25 cubic metre of coarse sand as in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old surface of ceiling, plastered or unplastered by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots & applying one coat of white wash etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preperation of old painted surface of wood or wood based materials of any description not otherwise described over 10cm girth or width & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality complete all as specified and directed. M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size coarse aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops,padding, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per square meter complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC Roof mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Note;- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M&L for cleaning of roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ of 0.40 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/Sqm over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm (minimum) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimney/other vertical surfaces and polymeric membrane inserted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. (v) Cost of above aspects is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (vi) One coat of aluminium reflective paint should be applied on APP after sealing the joints of APP.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick wall or stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with integral water proofing compound finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for cleaning of walls and floor of sunken portions including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch with an overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold applied bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as directed. Note: (i) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out through the manufacturer or their authorized applicators only. (ii) HDPE spout pipe 32mm bore of required length shall be provided and rates for same shall be included in above quoted rate.

M & L for brickwork with fly ash bricks of class designation 7.5 and non-modular size as per IS 12894: 2002, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars of shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators (thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
