PROVISION OF 50 BEDDED CRISIS WARD AND ADDITIONAL ALTERATION UPGRADATION OF BUILDING NO P-7/6 OPERATION THEATRE AT MH IN MILITARY STATION PITHORAGARH

Construction of 50 Bedded Crises Ward with permanent specifications complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

Providing cement concrete 25 mm thick type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded agg as in sub base to flooring to receive tilling all as spd and directed by engg-in-charge .

M & L, glazed joint free coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface as in skirting & dado,450X 300 X 7 to 8 mm thick over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM1:4 set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match and including Dismantling of existing floor ,hearth or wall tiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L, double charged Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm and not exceeding 1 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colouredcement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 as in floor etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match and including Dismantling of existing floor ,hearth or wall tiling complete all as specified and directed

M & L, double charged Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tilesexceeding 0.42 sqm and not exceeding 1 sqm, in vertical serfaces etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colouredcement to match including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and including Dismantling of existing floor ,hearth or wall tiling complete all as specified and directed

M & L, non skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.11 sqm over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 as in floor etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade, including dismantling tile complete all as specified and directed

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing incl screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 20 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6. Complete including dismantling of existing floor ,hearth or wall tiling complete all as specified and directedComplete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing incl 10 mm thick rendering on brick surface in CM 1:4. Complete including dismantling of existing floor ,hearth or wall tiling ,complete all as specified and directedComplete all as specified and directed.
