Dismantling and taking down window AC of any capacity comprising of all connected accessories from existing locations and deposit to MES Store Yard complete all as directed by EIC.

Material & Labour for closing the existing opening with brick masonry at the removed locations of window ACs, plastering, painting as matching to the existing surfaces complete all as directed by EIC.

Dismantling and taking down split ACs with and including dismantling of three core copper cable, connecting MCB boxes, copper piping etc, complete making good disturbed surfaces as matching to the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of split type air conditioning unit 2.0 TR capacity (inverter type) complete with cordless remote control, minimum 3 star labeled, eco friendly refrigerant gas, 6000 K Cal/ Hr 50Hz, 240 volts air cooled condenser with all accessories varied speed including fixing the outdoor unit with suitable factory fabricated steel frame stand as per suitable site requirement and fixing of room (high wall) unit on wall with necessary wall cutting/ making holes to pass the refrigerant pipes, drain pipes, cables etc and making good to match with existing finishing complete, providing and making interconnection including copper refrigerant piping with nitrile rubber insulation and control cable from indoor to outdoor upto a distance of 3.0 metres as provided by OEM, power cabling (Max 3.0 metres from isolator/ enclosure) to unit, first charging of refrigerant gas including cordless remote, drain piping of suitable size including connecting drain lines from unit to nearest drain points complete all as specified. Supply, fix and commissioning of water cooler with inbuilt water purifier dispensing Hot , normal & Cold water stainless steel body, most superior water purification technology ozonisation, microprocessor controlled electronic system operation minimum 90 ltr/hour dispensing capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 4 KVA capacity voltage stabilizer, copper wounded suitable for water cooler, automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 270 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% , fixed on wall with necessary arrangements complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing copper refrigerant piping of both sizes for suction line 5/8" and 1/4" for discharge including thermal insulation class ‘O’ nitrile rubber insulation density 45- 55 kg/m³, for suction/ discharge line, beyond standard length provided with original units by the manufacturer. Notes: i) This item shall be measured for the quantity used at site for Serial item No. 4 & 5 for beyond the length provided by OEM. ii) One run of both 5/8" & 1/4" pipes along with insulation shall be measured as one length.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable including suitable size PVC conduit with one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS cable as earth continuity wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Three runs of 4 Sqmm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

Supply & Fixing of Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB SP 20 Amp, 240 volts 10 KA, C curve and plug to with male ended portion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, 1100 Volt grade multistranded copper connection cable of size 2.5 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Note: This item shall be measured for the quantity used at site for Serial item No. 4 & 5 for beyond the length provided by OEM.

Supply ,install, testing and Commissioning of one way cassette Inverter units Air conditioner of capacity 2 TR with three speed evaporator fan motor with cordless remote control, eco friendly refrigerant gas, 6000 Kcal/ Hr, 50 Hz, 240 volts, air cooled condenser with all accessories varied speed and dual rotary compressor, including fixing the outdoor unit with suitable structural steel frame as per manufacture specification ,providing and making interconnection, including refrigerant piping with nitrile rubber insulation and control cable from indoor to outdoor upto a distance and including electric power cabling connections upto unit specified by OEM, fine quality drain piping of suitable size including connecting drain lines from unit to nearest drain points complete all as specified and directed Make: LG/Hitachi/ Blue Star /Carrier/Diakin. Note: Necessary fixing arrangements and material shall be provided by contractor for tower cabin/room roof area including cutting /removing and refixing of false ceiling material in existing ATC tower and make good to matching the existing false ceiling.

Supply and installation of 20mm drain pipe insulated with 9mm thick nitrile rubber insulation of closed cell elastometric with density not less than 80kg/m3 for all types of Air conditioning unit complete all directed.

Supply and charging of Refrigerant gas charging R- 410 A.

Supply and fixing of Rubber pad vibration isolator for outdoor units complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area of 4 core 25Sqmm clamped on walls/floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix sheet metals enclosures suitable for 4 Way TPN double door, 415 volts.

Supply & Fix Isolator 4 pole 63 Amps, 415 volts.

Supply & Fix MCB SP 20-40A, 230 Volts, 10KA, C Curve.

Supply & Fix premium quality DWC pipe of dia 75mm for cable protection (Black colour).

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
