Supplying and Fixing of powder coated Aluminum Glazed partition in Room No: 222 Length 5.20m X Height 3.00 metre and Length 3.40m X Height 3.40 metre with Sections of 4” X 1 ½” X 2mm thick and 2”X 1 ½” X 2mm thick Aluminium sections for partition works with prelaminated particle board of 10 mm thick up to 1.10 metre height and plain glass of 5mm thick for 1.00 meter height and the remaining portion with prelaminated particle boards complete the works in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Area - 5.20mX 3.00m= 15.60m2 - 3.40mX3.40m= 11.56m2 27.16 m2 (-) Deductions for Doors- 2 Nos X 1.20m X2.10 m=(-)5.40 m2 Total Area = 22.12 m2

Supplying and fixing of powder coated Aluminum partly Glazed doors of sliding doors of size length 1.20metre X Height 2.10 metre with sections of 4” X 1 ½” X 2mm thick with bottom portion with 10mm thick prelaminated particle boards of 1.10meter height and remaining portions with 5mm thick plain glass of 1.00 meter height with best quality locks, Handles, Tower bolts, Door stoppers complete the works in all respects. Area – 2 Nos X 1.20 m X 2.10 m = 5.40 m2

Brick work with common burnt clay bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure above plinth level up to V level in all shapes and size in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse Sand) complete the work in all respects. Area – 2 Nos X 0.23 X 0.70 X 0.75 m=0.24 m3

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for RCC-Cement plat form Area - 3.50m X 1.00m = 3.50 m2

Steel reinforcements for RCC Concrete platform including Straitening, cutting, bending and placing in position and binding TMT bars of Fe-500D grade 10 mm diameter with binding wires etc complete in all respects.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:2:4 (I cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregates of 20 mm nominal size for the work of Reinforced cement concrete (RCC) platform. (The cost excludes reinforcements, centering and shuttering) Area - 3.50 m X 0.70m X 0.10m = 0.245 m3

Plastering with cement plaster in fine sand 12 mm thick with 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) Area-2m X0.70m =1.40 m2 -3.50m X0.10m=0.35 m2 1.75 m2

Supplying and Fixing of 2 Nos. Laboratory ceramic sink- 0.60m X 0.45m size with waste coupling and outlet pipes to drain

Providing and fixing best quality 2 Nos. Laboratory taps with inlet pipes and valves complete works.

Providing and laying of 18mm thick polished Granite stone jet black over the RCC platform with 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry and mixed with pigments of matching shades-including rubbing, curing and edge moulding complete the granite works in all respects. Area-7.00m X 0.75m =5.25 m2

Supplying and fixing of wooden cupboards in below the RCC newly constructing platform with pin code wood /cheru teak with green MDF boards and 18mm thick 710 grade marine plywood with wooden reefers MDF sheets ,openable door shutters with wood polish, brass handles, auto close hinges, magnetic catch/locks. Complete the work in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Area-3.00m X0.75m =2.25 m2

Supplying and fixing of Zebra Venetian blinds for 2 windows. Area-2 Nos X 2.70m X 1.60m = 8.64 m2

Polishing of wall mounted wooden cupboard with readymade wood polish of approved brand and manufacture for polishing of old cupboards. Area – 2 X 2.00m X 3.40m=14 m2

Painting of wall and ceiling painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give even shade. Complete the works in all respects. Two coats of paints. Area- ceiling-7.00 m X 7.00 m = 49 m2 -Deduction window=(-)8 m2 136 m2
