Installation, testing and commissioning of 1.5/1.8/2.0 Tr. split AC Machine with IDU & ODU including supply & fixing of 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm MS angle iron brackets (powder coated) with necessary nut- bolt etc. & mending good the damages.(NS)

Supply & laying of following sizes Refrigerant Copper Pipe (Minimum thickness 0.9 mm and Make - Royku / Totaline / Mandeep) with insulation by nitril rubber of minimum thickness 9 mm [Make Aroflex / Acoflex] also raping the insulation & Copper wire with GKB Gold non adhesive tape. (NS)

Sub- Head 2 : Allied EI Work Supply and delivery of the following sizes 1.1 kV Gr. 3/4 Core PVC/XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor Cable (Make - Polycab / Havells / Universal / RR Kabel).

Laying of following sizes Ar. Al. the cable on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles/clamps with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot-Dip) wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting -

Laying of 4 core 35 sq. mm cable through existing RCC / Hume / GI Pipe / open masonry trench. [3(b)/F-1 ]

4 Core 35 sq. mm /4 Core 16 sq. mm at an average depth of 75 mm in floor/pavement / wall etc. [5(i)/F-3]

Boring (Micro Tunnelling) below the Pacca/Concrete Road with necessary tools & tackles for installation of 50 mm dia GI pipe including filling the vacant space between pipe and road with soil and mending good the damages as per direction of EIC. (NS)

Supplying & fixing 50 mm dia medium gauge GI pipe (ISI medium - Zindal / Bansol/Tata) protection with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required. [11(d)/F-6]

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complate with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture proof entry of following XLPE/PVÇ Armoured cables as below :

S & F of 240/415 V, DP/FP MCB type Isolator (Make - Legrand / ABB / Schneider) on din rail of SPN/HTPN DB and necessary connection. [6/D-5] 63 Amp FP Isolator

S & F of 240 V, 6/10/16/20/32 A, SP MCB of breaking capacity 10 kA & C characteristics (Make - Legrand/ABB/Schneider) on din rail of HTPN/SPN/VTPN DBs and necessary connection. [7/D-6]

Distribution wiring with following sizes 1.1 KV Gr. single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wires (Make - Finolex / RR Kabel / Havells) in 20 mm size MMS PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. fittings, necy. fixing materials and necy connection as required - [1(a-i)/E-14]
