Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains for all kinds of soil and ordinary rocks including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms upto all lifts including getting out the excavated soil and disposal and transportation of surplus excavated soil / unuseful material for disposing at dumping site( to be arranged by the contractor) within all leads and lifts including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etcetera and removal of form work Foundations, footings, bases for columns complete upto all floor level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etcetera and removal of form work Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access plat form complete upto all floor level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:4:8 (one cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate) 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size graded stone aggregate upto plinth level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed cement concrete work of grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) design mix to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 25N/mm2 (Twenty newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not not less than @ 360 Per Kilogram/Per cubic metre (at the rate Three Hundred sixty kilogram per cubic metre) or as per approved design mix. All works upto plinth level to give a smooth surfaces machanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete and pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etcetera including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed cement concrete work of grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) design mix to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 25N/mm2 (Twenty newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not not less than @ 360 Per Kilogram/Per cubic metre (at the rate Three Hundred sixty kilogram per cubic metre) walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc All works above plinth level to give a smooth surfaces machanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete and pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 (Indian Standard : Nine thousand one hundred three) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etcetera including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed cement concrete work of grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) design mix to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 25N/mm2 (Twenty newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not not less than @ 360 Per Kilogram/Per cubic metre (at the rate Three Hundred sixty kilogram per cubic metre) in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° (Fifteen degree) landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases to give a smooth surfaces machanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete and pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 (Indian Standard : Nine thousand one hundred three) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etcetera including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement (TATA /SAIL steel make) for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, placing in position and binding all complete work including cost of binding wire upto all floor level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D ( Five hundred D) or more steel bars including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.
